Aims AMP and Saizen Reits Post Reply Rate topic

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It is funny how you name the reits with some of the most chequered history as the best in the reits sphere. AIMS did a hugely dilutive  rights issue to a cornerstone investor in late 2009, resulting in  no less a name/brand change and Saizen defaulted on its loan in the same period. Also, Saizen did not pay  any dividends for 2 years.
