In Jan this year subsidiary Banjoo Invs,parties Lawrence Leow and his Crescendas Pte Ltd had palneed to acquire the shares of co at 20cents each and banjoo had wanted to issue new shares 109m@20cents each to acquire for $21.8m worth of assets and Banjoo was in turn guaranteed a NPAT(net profit after tax) of at least $15m by Dec 2008  
For those who naked short will be squeezed high and dry and those who bought at 14 cents and below can let your profit ride.Zaobao dtd 31May 2007 calimed Banjoo had completed the 5th wave and is due to shoot to 19.5cents if 20 cent is broken,.upside is expected.
