DBS will redemp this counter and delisted at 16 May 201. The last trading day is 27 Apr 2011. The dividend is (6% X (182/365)) = S$2.99. Current price is S$102.7, there is still a different to gain of S$0.29, is it worth taking it ?

dbs will redeem the pref share very soon with the fund raised from the 4.7% pref share, the par value is $100 |

Why is the share price for DBS Pref Share much much lower as compared to OCBC which only yield 5.1%? |
