x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Recently volumes spiked. Should be having something on, I believe.  Anyone with some insider news would care to share?  I was trying to dig into this counter. Pretty cheap. Rights issue last year was 3 cents.  Seem that spinning off of one of its vested investments to be listed is a potential cash generator.  Cannot get much details as its website is in Chinese which is not my main language.  Can anyone enlighten on this counter?
