x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	CHT (Holdings) Ltd said that its two subsidiaries have agreed to sell all their interests in Zhuozhou Donghua Packing Materials Co, Ltd for a combined RMB24.50 million (US$3.69 million). CHT's subsidiaries - Hebei Huaxia Enterprise Co, Ltd and Huaxia (Hong Kong) Adhesive Products Limited - each hold 24 per cent and 25 per cent respective interest in Zhuozhou Donghua Packing Materials Co, Ltd, a maker of biaxially-oriented polypropylene films. CHT said the sale is a process to divest its non-core assets.
