80% of profit will be pay out as dividend?

2. possible M& A (may switch from residential to mid-range class HOTELS business)

3. Roxy Property in Marine Parade worth hundreds of millions.

4. Acquired lands at low costs many years ago.

After I post this comment, some sold at $0.605. most probably some management staff who uses 0.00000001% of their shareholdings to do so so that 'not ttoo obvious'. RIGHT ?

1. Fragrance tycoon Koh 's wife bought quite a lot at $0.565

2. after that Roxy CEO ? bought some at $0.59 - $0.595

3. Low volumes can already drive up the price , if volumes increase price UP will be enormous
