x 0 x 0	hi everyone, am new to investing. can get some advise on how to go about applying for new ipo placement shares? have read the prospectus but not that easy to understand. what are the chances of getting the placement shares as compared to the atm type of offer shares? placements shares and offer shares, how different are they? both allow small investors (buying a few lots) like us? kindly advise, thanks.....
