i'm also not a pro but the below are just my views. 

today's afternoon is a surprise drop after a rise in the late morning. Just a director selling his shares doesn't mean anything. When the price is trading around 90cents, there are directors selling too.

If more than 1 director sells ALL their shares, then something is wrong. 1 director selling, doesn't make much big difference. It's not like as if he's the BIGGEST shareholder in genting.

Anyway, I still have faith in genting and their Q3 report. just be patient for a month plus like that..trade stocks cannot let panic overtake u, must be clear headed and think about their future prospects.

Genting Singapore plc says the net debt position of its UK casino operations to be sold off to Genting Malaysia as at 20 June 2010 was £74.4 million ($155 million), as ascertained by the latter’s auditors.

This represents a reduction of £11.5 million from the net debt amount of £85.9 million as at 31 May 2010.

In accordance with the terms of the agreement, the purchase price will be revised upwards to £351.5 million from £340 million to reflect the improvement in net debt of the UK group.

In addition, Genting Singapore has been informed by Genting Malaysia that it had on Sept 20 obtained the relevant approval from the Gambling Commission for the proposed divestment.

with more buyers than sellers, but price still drop, what does it mean? 

bearish sign? more people willing to sell at lower price? my guess is panic selling at low price.accumulation during a panic sell session.

 well today drop 2 cents but there is always tmr! actually i think tmr will close as a drop. starting a drop trend liao. noob thinking.

if the above of accumulation during the panic selling, i would think the price will drop further as accumulation period should not be this short.

yet again another noob expressing his opinion

Remarks :
The final number of the Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of Warrants will depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of Unisem on 30 July 2010 after the bonus issue involving 155,575,704 new Unisem Shares to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of three (3) Bonus Shares for every ten (10) existing Unisem Shares held (“Bonus Issue”).

The Abridged Prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and the Rights Subscription Form (collectively referred to as “Documents”) in relation to the Rights Issue of Warrants, will be despatched on 3 August 2010 to the entitled shareholders of Unisem whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 30 July 2010 (“Entitled Shareholders”) and who have a registered address in Malaysia. The Documents will also be available on Bursa Malaysia Berhad’s website (http://www.bursamalaysia.com) from 30 July 2010 onwards.

The Documents will not be despatched to the foreign Entitled Shareholders who have not provided an address in Malaysia. The foreign Entitled Shareholders, who are without a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers to effect the change of address prior to 30 July 2010.

The last time and date for acceptance, payment and excess application for the Warrants is at 5.00 p.m. on 16 August 2010, or such later time and date as determined by the Board of Directors of Unisem at its absolute discretion and announced not less than two (2) market days before the stipulated time and date.

On even date, Unisem has also announced that the book closure date for the Bonus Issue will be at 5.00 p.m. on 30 July 2010.
