Just too little to create the job market I suppose!

Washington (CNN) -- President Obama will take the wraps off his $3.8 trillion budget plan for fiscal 2011 at a White House ceremony Monday.

The spending package comes as the administration struggles to strike a balance between fiscal restraint and job creation in an economy that has struggled to rebound from recession.

The federal deficit in 2009 grew by about $1.6 trillion, pushing the nation's total debt to $12 trillion.

During last week's State of the Union address, Obama proposed freezing all nonsecurity federal discretionary spending for three years in an effort to save $250 billion.

Nonsecurity discretionary spending refers to an array of domestic programs -- everything from agriculture to energy. The freeze would not apply to Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid or other entitlement programs.

The president is scheduled to highlight his budget priorities at a 10:45 a.m. appearance in the White House Grand Foyer.

Presidential Press Secretary Robert Gibbs will fill in some of the blanks at an afternoon briefing with reporters.

Last year's $3.5 trillion budget passed on a party-line vote.

The government's fiscal year runs from October of one year through September of the next.

Good to have a goal in investment. But be disciplined in your plan / strategy. I see the real problem is you know how to buy, but confirm dunno when / how to sell.

Why people foolishly pay $1.50 for something that doesn't earn a dime nor is even solvent ??? Its NAV and EPS is NEGATIVE !!!!

Temasek sold something that is worth less than zero for over a dollar. Super brilliant haha

CLEAN TRANSPORT COMPANY should be IPO.

Now that Electric and Battery Cars are SPEEDING on the ROADS, all polluting cars, taxis and buses must be SCRAPED....

ALL Cars, Taxis, Buses must be CLEAN ELECTRIC.

CLEAN COCEs must be issued to replace the existing Polluting COEs.

COCE is the Certificate Of Clean Entitlement.

UNlike the existing CO(P)E Certificate of (Pollution) Entitlement.

COE was used to HIDE the (P) which is POLLUTION.

COE was actually CO(P)E which is complacency, negligence, incompetence, exuberance [CINE].

(POLLUTION) must NOT be allowed at all.

WHY (POLLUTION) was hidden under COE and officially Entitled ????

POLLUTION must NOW be TERMINATED by COCE.

Where is the list?

tact888      ( Date: 31-Jan-2010 18:03) Posted:

The 200 SMA is used to demarcate bull zone from bear territory. Statistics have indicated that long positions above this line favours the bulls and short positions below this line provide better odds for the bears.

You should add this moving averages to all of your charts in all time frames. Yes. weekly charts, daily charts, and intraday (5 min,30 min, 60 min) charts.

The 200 SMA is the most important moving average to have on a stock chart. You will be astonished at the frequency a stock will reverse in this region.

When writing scans for stocks, you can use this as an additional filter to find potential long setups that are above this line and potential short setups that are below this line.

The list of SGX Counters Hovering Near 200 SMA was an exploration result written in Amibroker Formula Language. Stay alert and be nimble if the counter you are trading appears on the list posted above. Expect high volatile swings as the stock struggles to decide whether to remain as a bull or tranform into a bear and vice versa.
