Yes, cool counter, but high return, look at chart first, it's going up, trade with care.

when market is good... u can make alot..

but when market is bad... fall like rocket..

i bought 0.071 last few days.. then market bad... fall till 0.05x lost almost 1.5K within 2 days...

wh knows market turn good.. sold at 0.074...

not dare to touch

(I) PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF UP TO 55,234,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES AND
(II) PROPOSED SUBSCRIPTION OF 76,275,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES BY ROOTS CAPITAL ASIA LIMITED.

(a) a placement agreement with DMG & Partners Securities Pte Ltd (the ?Placement Agent?) dated 23 August 2013 (the ?Placement Agreement?) pursuant to which the Company has agreed to issue, and the Placement Agent has agreed to procure on a commercially reasonable efforts basis subscriptions for, up to 55,234,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the ?Placement Shares?) at an issue price of S$0.024 (the ?Issue Price?) per Placement Share, on the terms and subject to the conditions of the Placement Agreement (the ?Placement?) and

(b) a subscription agreement with Roots Capital Asia Limited (the ?Subscriber?) dated 23 August 2013 (the ?Subscription Agreement?) pursuant to which the Subscriber has agreed to subscribe for 76,275,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the ?Subscription Shares?) at the Issue Price per Subscription Share, on the terms and subject to the conditions of the Subscription Agreement (the ?Subscription?).
