But total capital loss in the unfortunate event of a suspension is not worth the risk. Right now the only sound advice is this:

1) Do not lose your head if you are those who vested and lost alot

2) Be of calm mind and vest only when you know what you are doing.

3) Most importantly, do not fret over what has already happened. Go take a breather, if you have to , smell some flowers and get on with life.

Look at Japan and Libya, and you will know what I mean. Lives are more impt than money. *Pardon me if I talk too much about things you already know*

But so many S-chip scandal in history till now had badly burn many investor, but many still dare to play, as they like cause it their $. I also got play S-chip but lucky didnt burn by any, and i dont whack a lots in them cause i know it risky. But if i play again, i just dont know when will kanna me? How i know? No one know? Who want to be the next S-cheat jackpot winner? Who next???

Desicive week ahead!

CGX is required to hold its AGM by the end of Apr, and a 14-day notice should be given to its shareholders, which means an announcement must be make sometime on the 16th of Apr to the effect that such AGM is going to take place, or extension is needed.

gary88's post seems to suggust business be as usual up there in China. I wonder what the procedures are when a company is suspended, should the funds in the bank accounts be frozen too pending the ongoing investigation. Apparently that is not the case, small sharholders like us are always at their mercy, holding our breath for updates but there isn't any so far while they can still use our money without any restrictions.

Very frustrated now, anyone can shed some lights, please...

Somebody got to come out to clear the air sooner than later, otherwise, an extension to file the audited report is unavoidable... The deadline for them to file their audited report is end Apr I guess.
