According to Lynas, the AELB will meet on January 30 to decide on whether to issue a pre-operating licence which will be followed by a full licence within two years if the plant meets safety requirements outlined in its application. Lynas is anticipating a windfall of RM8 billion a year from 2013 onwards.

Meantime, disposing of radioactive waste on an uninhabited island would be the most expensive option for Lynas Corp if the Australian miner’s plans to reprocess residue from its RM2.5 billion rare earth plant in Kuantan fails.

Good news for U. Angmo said is value at $1.71

Lian Beng has a high intrinsic valuation score of 96 out of 100. StarMine pegs Lian Beng's intrinsic value at S$1.71 per share, five times the stock's S$0.345 Wednesday closing.

GMR STAKE...(WHY selling??.)

hey guys  for since 1.5billion sgd of new shares, +134k current market cap, at 3.5cts, doesnt it mean  that if it ever hits  10cts the market cap must be 4.6billion sgd?

isnt that impossible?

Trust your own risk....going private,  I think not.

Consolidated 10 to 1 later on..highly possible.  (from Sinar Mas.) In all 4.43 billion shr floated. going for  0.350c a piece  or more if n when later it happen.

why?? India's GMR Infrastructure, which holds 30% in Golden Energy, will be offered the opportunity to sell,

when they held 30% which can or will make so much, hope for the best.

This are all their TP (target prices) - run B4 they off load.

This one, construction stk as compare to CGX - no bad at all, do trade take care, trading prices may not be far off from their offer prices as BBs will force it price to peak, just like CGX case.
A opportunity by owner to take another route to off load it shr and made more money (Taiwan).
BBs vested is likely to off load to un-suspecting traders/punter and would be investers

It was mentioned that BBs distribution had work and it last traded price peak,  changed hands at 0.048c.

this is a no brainer... Large conglomerate using unifibre as a back door listing..

look at the value of the takeover..it's billion $..

don't think unifibre will be 3-4c in the near future..

Court orders UniFiber to pay $25 million fine

SINGAPORE - Mainboard-listed United Fiber System, or UniFiber, said yesterday that a Singapore court had decided that the company should pay a fine of US$19.7 million ($25.1 million).

In it statement, the forestry and construction firm said the fine was payable to China National Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Corporation (CMEC). However, Unifiber, which has its main assets in Indonesia, had calculated the debt it owed to CMEC at about US$17 million.

Unifiber said that the court would hear further arguments on the amount owed if both parties were unable to reach an agreement on this between themselves. The Singapore court has also decided that the company has until Feb 18 to make the payment, in which case no presumption of insolvency will arise in relation to CMEC's demand, the statement said.

Unifiber said it would consider all available options for payment. Specifically, it pointed to the positive cash flows from the company's construction unit, as well as the accessibility to its undrawn financing facilities. These include an undrawn balance equity credit line of $52.5 million from a financial institution, which is available until July 2014.

When one  lot  sell, = oso one lot will  buy...price will STAY not far from last trading px.

It a matter  to test  by in-house mkt players to decide,  for till rotational play come in. If it does chiong, distribution will come in...
