Holding less then 5%, is not reported. BBs use to trade, make $$$ to off set at whatever prices per say weather prices goes lower and in it is higher, better still on those who hold more then 5%.

This in oni my imagination, so when prices is low, or lower BBs oso can collect.

With super volume - This are where all vested had better chances to either  - win  or to  loss.

(Less volume, less chances to let go as price remain STAG, so less chances to short or go  long.)

Current  trading prices will be maintain while BBs is trying to convert as much as possible, less in volume traded.

Next stage, BBs will oso push higher if possible,  oso dependable on, will be  up to players on how mkt is been play out  and better hope this few days DOW, China and Euro don  do too much volatile in their trading...

It make sense to convert more...as exercise at 0.005 cts

The Board of Directors of mDR Limited (the “Co”) wishes to announce that the issued share capital of the Co has increased from 6,459,290,654 ordinary shares to 6,527,951,986 ordinary shares by way of allotment and issuance of 68,661,332 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 68,661,332 Warrants (W140925) at the exercise price of S$0.005 for each new ordinary share on 26 March 2012.
These new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, and are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 28 March 2012.
The total outstanding Warrants (W140925) remaining after the aforesaid exercise is 6,110,914,327.

Chile orders evacuation after strong quake  -AFP


SANTIAGO, Chile - A 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck central Chile on Sunday, prompting an evacuation of coastal areas for fear of a tsunami and causing panic in an area devastated by a massive quake  2 years ago.

Australia has been hit by its biggest earthquake in 15 years, seismologists said, rattling a remote part of the desert with local Aboriginals reporting strong shaking but no major damage. The 6.1-magnitude earthquake had its epicentre near Ernabella, in the middle of Australia, at a shallow depth of three kilometres (1.8 miles), Geoscience Australia said.

Ernabella is an indigenous arts hub home to about 500 Aboriginal people, some 317 kilometres southwest of the popular Alice Springs.

Seismologist David Jepsen said. It was Australia's biggest quake since a 6.3-magnitude one was recorded in West Australia in 1997.

Widening Wealth Gap - S'pore inclusiveness is ahead by one to two step....

Since the handover in 1997, median monthly household income has remained unchanged at HK$20,000 ($2,575) in the city of 7.1 million, while the economy grew 62 percent, stoking public discontent.

Leung, 57, pledged --  the son of a policeman, addressed public concern, he may seek to curb personal rights and freedom of speech after Tang accused him of advocating the use of anti-riot police on protesters in 2003.

“I promise that all the freedom enjoyed by Hong Kong people won’t change,” Leung said today at a press conference. “We need measures to tackle the deep-rooted problems of uneven distribution of income, inflation, housing, medical services, education and political reform.”

Leung has pledged to build more public housing, increase land supply and provide tax-breaks to help residents buy their own homes. He also promised to speed up public projects like expanding the city railway system and encourage the use of electric and hybrid cars.

Tokyo shares may stage a rally, hope of recovery  in the coming week if positive economic data boosts sentiment after they were depressed in the past few sessions by worries over a global slowdown, analysts said Friday.

Q1  is always seasonally weak and only piece of data so far for March, was thought would indicate bottoming out in manufacturing, erodes my confidence that that is the case. It like it may still be in a downtrend and may weaken sequentially into Q2," more important indicator is bank lending - if new loans reach 1 trillion yuan ($159 billion) in March, a level not attained since Jan 2011 and vastly above Feb's 710.7 billion yuan, the slowing trend in growth could be stopped in its tracks.

China's 12th 5-yr plan assumes growth will average 7% over 2011-2015. Official 2012 target announced  3 weeks ago by Premier Wen Jiabao is 7.5%. If Wen's targets are the minimum acceptable, the economy is on course to exceed expectations, especially if a rebound anticipated in the 2nd half of the year comes good.

China’s central bank can ease monetary policy further to promote growth as inflation has slowed, Iwanicki said.

Extra cash on global markets as a result of the Federal Reserve’s decision to keep interest rates low through 2014 and European Central Bank’s $1.3 trillion in loans to banks will also help boost emerging-market stocks. Emerging-mkt stocks are undervalued and will rally as China’s economy heads for a soft landing, said George Iwanicki, a  MD in JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s asset management unit.  The Chinese economy will expand 7% to 8% this year, above 5% level.

Emerging-market equities trade for 1.7 times book value, down from an average of two times over the past  five years, indicating they’re undervalued, “fairly valued” at a price to book ratio of about 2 times to 2.1 times. Iwanicki said.

Number of Americans is  saying U.S. economy is getting better rose in March to the highest level since 2004 as a decline in claims for unemployment benefits offered more evidence of a labor-market recovery.

Another report today showed the index of leading indicators rose in February by the most in 11 months, signaling the U.S. expansion will strengthen, helping to sustain global growth as China slows and Europe threatens to sink into a recession.
