IssueandAllotmentofShares_Warrants_28March.pdf

The Board of Directors of mDR Limited (the “Co”) wishes to announce that the issued share capital of the Co has increased from 6,527,951,986 ordinary shares to 6,560,991,986 ordinary shares by way of allotment and issuance of the following:

(i) 12,000,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 12,000,000 share option granted pursuant to mDR Share Option Scheme and
(ii) 21,040,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 21,040,000 Warrants (W140925) at the exercise price of S$0.005 for each new ordinary share.

These new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Co, are expected to be listed and quoted on S'pore Exch Securities Trading Ltd with effect from Mar 30, 2012.

The total outstanding Warrants (W140925) remaining after the aforesaid exercise is 6,089,874,327.

Assuming B4 XR (12.2 cts x 2 price + 0.080 cts)/3=$0.108 cts, new trading price may just trade in btw 0.105 to 0.115 cts. Otto Marine maybe different next day, if does - it goes back to 0.120 cts again.

I may wrong. Just guess work...Happi trading.

It will probably go down to 12.2 cents before XR after which I think it will trade 8 to 9 cents.

This normally happens with rights for sg.stocks. regardless of company. Otto marine could be different, I guess.

Isit?. Cum Right (2 for 1) is really giving players so much headache, it hit a low of 0.128c.

Aside the fortune telling, frankly their " inter-segment" sector growing by more than 1,600%

in revenue speak well of the future, and now they can see this big opportunity, makes me think the fortune teller is right. I sure will buy for keep. HEHEHE.

A magnitude 6.3 earthquake hit northeastern Japan on Tuesday, there were no reports of damages or casualties and a tsunami warning was not issued. The quake, shook buildings in the capital, Tokyo, struck off the northeast coast of the main island of Honshu at a depth of 20.5 miles (32 km), the USGS said.

Japanese broadcaster NHK and the U.S. Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said there was no danger of a tsunami.

Tokyo Electric Power Co said there were no abnormalities at its nuclear plant in Fukushima, which was severely damaged just over a year ago by a magnitude 9 quake, Japan's strongest on record, which triggered a big tsunami and caused the world's worst nuclear crisis in 25 years.

Tuesday, high-speed bullet trains serving northern Japan were halted but resumed later after no damage was reported, NHK said.

There has been a five-fold increase in earthquakes in the Tokyo metropolitan area since the year-ago disaster, the Tokyo University Earthquake Research Institute.

Indonesian palm oil firm, Bumitama Agri Ltd, filed for an initial public offering (IPO) in Singapore, in a listing expected to raise as much as S$222 million (RM543 million), a source said.

The source with knowledge of the deal said yesterday Bumitama would raise more than an initially expected US$160 million (RM493 million) due to improved company valuations and strong demand for its shares.

Bumitama had postponed its planned IPO in June last year, citing uncertainty in markets.

Bumitama's shares will be priced between S$0.675 and S$0.745, and trading is expected to start in the week of April 9, said the source.

HSBC and DBS are the joint bookrunners for the IPO, according to the prospectus filed yesterday.

Bumitama is offering 297.6 million shares, comprising 273.3 million new shares and existing shares. There is an over-allotment option of 29.7 million shares.

Cornerstone investors, including UOB Asset Management Ltd, Value Partners Hong Kong Ltd and Wii Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of S'pore-listed palm oil firm Wilmar Int Ltd, will subscribe for about 124.8 million new shares.

Actually my intention is for those learning to play the stock market and just warning them of the hidden dangers unknown to new investors thinking that the game is 100 per cent investment which is not.

Take for example STI2950CW120430 price 0.044 per warrant X100,000 = $4400 for the transaction.

(I used 100 lots because you cant play one lot or 10 lots as the brokerage fee already how much?)

Market price (STI INdex): 3005 In the money. Assuming that if warrant expires today, the issue give you back $2,200 for the 100 lots of warrant, you lost $2200.

If out of money, index goes to 2950, assuming the expiry today, you would lose $4,400 for the transaction.

Now the expiry date is only 24 trading days to go, with decaying money of about $100 daily until expiration date. It is not worth the while, yet you can see people are chasing and buying these structured warrants?.

Newbies should not that this is 100 per cent gambling since there is no exchange of stocks on expiry. Your gain is only to sell it above 0.044 cents, etc.. Good luck.
