Sad to say, not many will be like those few BBs (orginal stake holder), taking in all those profit, while left only those retail  players crying, right now many is making alot of kopi money.

Whatever future trading price arrive at....after conversion. Don held on to greed for mush further gain.

It will be oni those retail players who will hav to hold this babe, after all BBs has had much significant gain - they can afford to loss, or  help less mother shr  some when the play dis-interest them.

Doesnt make sense to convert warrant to mother share to sell. He can sell directly the warrant. LPPL

But the more warrant is converted, the less warrant floating in the market...means more easy to push it up later...maybe thats why BB are buying more warrant as mother share will follow warrant price eventually. Also if you notice there is less warrant selling and buying...many people are holding their warrant tightly.

When BBS held so much warrant shr, it help so much to allow BBs playing with it, Pls  help retail play up...

It like letting everyone know, pls play it up...oni Don know when BBs let go...

Will it mean going significantly much lower then historical low?.  (0.063+0.036)/2=0.0495

Under the norm, mother shr  will run up whatever it can, then son will follow, however this one is in reverse norm play by players.

That will help those BBs stake holder  who convert  warrant  allocateed to them at 0.005 cts. It a option (logical option to convert now) If it is trading at 0.030 cts is 500% profit. A big  if it happen.

It up to each individual to see fix to play, long / short (buy/sell or hold).

This two nos can help you figue out,

The total outstanding Warrants (W140925) remaining after the aforesaid exercise is 6,089,874,327 and

Co (mother shr) has increased: 6,527,951,986 ordinary shares to 6,560,991,986 ordinary shares after, due to..

exercise of 12,000,000 share  plus  exercise of 21,040,000 Warrants (W140925)

Last done price maintian,  remain unchanged @0.013 cts. Happi trading, hope it help.

As Bryan say........maybe due to the recent good article about it..having no debts... give rise to interest and exit chance for BB.. to sell off all their converted shares at 0.005 to instant 2X profits ?

These new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, and are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 28 March 2012.
