Each block cost S$180k and at 0.036 cts, two (2) blocks mean S$360k and so on... This way finance Institution will vest to maintain buying interest. Funded n rewarded as Co is not making a loss.

Group’s revenue increased slightly by 0.3% from RMB1056.6 million for the 12 mths ended 31 Dec 2010 (“FY2010”) to hit a record high of RMB1,060 million for FY2011, as a result of the strong growth of its coated paper business.
USE of RATIONALE AND USE OF PROCEEDS As announced in its previous announcements and annual reports, the Company has taken various expansion initiatives, such as increase of its uncoated paper production capacity. Initiation of new coated paper production line(s), investment in a new paper stationery production facility and construction of the new wheat pulp capacity. These various expansion initiatives are all in line with the Company's long term goal of attaining an annual paper production capacity of 350,000 to 500,000 tonnes. However, growth and expansion is subject to, amongst others, the availability of cost effective, stable and sufficient power supply to its production facilities in order to maintain a stable and efficient production process. In light of the serious power shortages and rising cost of electricity in the People's Republic of China (" PRC" ), its supply of power will become strained, unpredictable and more costly in the future as more of Linyi City (where the Company's major production facilities are located) and its surrounding regions develop. The estimated Rights Issue proceeds of approximately S$32.27 mill Chen Yong. Board Executive Chairman should place out shr to capital mkt financial institutions. |

Let help, retail players, BBs, stake holder their kakis, speculators, punters, and many would be players watching, help n push warrant shr up, up n away and help P.Eng faster to realize the dream. akan datang sooner then later. So that many more players can pay less n less for conversion into mother shr. Happi Trading.

While warrant shr maybe worthless upon expired, it mother shr will be bubble hot...depending on mkt players. if and when it hit 0.03 then , is 500% profit to book for BBs, but for mkt players is a totally different play. Happi trading. |

With many million or billion more warrant shr to convert or held by BBs. It so much less to pay, it make sense. Let hope even retail players help those BBs to earn more... Happi Trading.

Why by saying, conversion is best at about this time, and conversion choices is always upto vested players. Knowingly - nearer to ending date, warrant (W140925) shr is going less valuable and at same time if and when remaining warrant expired. It worthless. Be then. Let say MDr mother shr is trading, let say at 0.03 and knowingly warrant is getting less valued. One have to folk out more, for Eg: let say still got 3 mths for warrant to expired, it value may fall to say, to 0.006 cts. The different players have to pay up, have to match 0.030 will be 0.024 cts per thousand shr.

MDR warrant share need to be convert by end date. Sept 2014, there after is worthless, (unless share holder agree through special AGM, wanted badly to extend it, it not it lapse). As the date goes nearer and neaer to end date, it can get less and less valuable, so right fully, now is the best time, then again. To convert warrant B4 it ending in Sept 2014, timing is always up to each vested individual players. For Eg no-1: if one is vested (warrant bought at 0.008 cts) and mother share last done at 0.013 cts. The different is 0.005 cts between mother shr and it warrant shr traded, this different of 0.005 cts will hav to make up by paying cash (for conversion to mother share), on top of those commission, stamp fee and others fees. So mother share is 0.013 cts ++. Eg no-2 if someone else vested (warrant bought at 0.009 cts) and if mother share last done remain at 0.013cts. the different is 0.004 cts to pay up (for warrant shr to be convert into mother shr). Notice BBs will be letting all player know. Let play it up...and oni those few BBs is the biggest cashcow...LOL to the banks, with help from alot of players who push and push and push....till one fine day. (original stake was granted right, conversion at 0.005, so no matter how high it goes for either warrant or mother shr, it make no different, as convert price still stand at 0.005 cts) |

Like that,,huhh. fiercer more competition, survival for the fittest and lean. Sure can see more revenues. Will it eat into profit margin?, as it expend fast on each and every shop it open. Was imagining those that heavily vested pc/computer day and dot.com day. |

So long BBs keep converting, play is on...and prices of warrant keep narrowing...btw mother and son. Just only my thot on sharing my personnal view, while as many others is oso likely to differentiate in opinion. Ur money, ur decision and pls do ur home work.
