The Board of Directors of mDR Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the issued share capital of the Company has increased from 6,560,991,986 ordinary shares to 6,566,445,318 ordinary shares by way of allotment and issuance of 5,453,332 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 5,453,332 Warrants (W140925) at the exercise price of S$0.005 for each new ordinary share on 2 April 2012.

These new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, and are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 4 April 2012.

The total outstanding Warrants (W140925) remaining after the aforesaid exercise is 6,084,420,995.

Another way is to place bid on those profit make on first round, (hope not, letting players taking more risk by telling on how to play - it is a gamble, the more players win, the more they badly wanted to win more).

it so much better to keep profit warm, then to loss it. don be greedy is always right.

Stop on the track at 0.082 and when on to program buy at 0.083 cts, think up or down - oni those got time to moniter trading everyday, can huat huat...argh. it closed last done at 0.084 cts today.

(c) As at the date of announcement F and B discontinued operations - to date all restaurants have ceased op.

V. Jan 2012 - Two South African abalone experts engaged by the Grp visited the farms to review and evaluate the reported mortalities by ex-management.

Note: The new mgt team had put in placed some of the key farm mgrs and supervisors with more experienced staff recruited for, for the seafood farming industry.

Animal husbandry measures are being reviewed and better practices implemented. The team is also ensuring better quality feed is made available to the animals.

VI. To improve cashflows, the Grp will focus on live sales of juvenile abalones when mkt prices are attractive.

VII. For processing plant, Grp will focus initially on basic process products – frozen and canned abalones and on OEM processing services. Head counts have been reduced and cost cutting measures implemented.

As mentioned, it take only certain nos of players, need not have be 1 on 1 right issue.

Me think of Oceanus, d owner did placed shr to BBs...(this way owner is answerable to BBs stake holders)

Each block cost a mininum of S$180k and at 0.036 cts, two (2) blocks mean S$360k and so on...

This way finance Institution or BBs vesting in, can maintain vested interest.

Funded n rewarded as and when and even owner can place out at a higher price...right.

Let say at a 15% discount to it last three traded day.

I still feel this is a better solution to rise fund, if and when BBs are interest on their stake as they can maintain stablilty.

Whereas if fund is bot up more or less by existing stake holders, not oni owner, plus their kakis can snap up all un-taking right shr issued at 0.036 cts.

The panel of experts modelled the worst-case scenario should a magnitude-9.0 earthquake strike in the Nankai Trough, which runs east of Japan's main island of Honshu to the southern island of Kyushu. A forecast in 2003 put the potential height of such a tsunami at less than 20 metres.

Last year's magnitude-9.0 earthquake spawned a 14-metre wave that devastated much of Japan's north-east coast, killed 19,000 people and triggered meltdowns at a nuclear power plant.

The revised projections are based on new research.

Renamed as Cordlife Group Limited (" Cordlife" or the " Company" ) has 2 core businesses: Cord blood banking and umbilical cord tissue banking. It now focuses on 3 countries, S'pore, Hong Kong and China.

It industry prospects -- It business model is somewhat like a " specialized" storage hub as larger of two private cord blood bank operators in Singapore in terms of market share.

• Currently stored in excess of 35,000 cord blood units in Singapore and Hong Kong
• Second largest private cord blood bank player in terms of market share in Hong Kong

A new interesting business model, question is...can the Co continue be able to sustain it profitability, just like in ASX??.
