When there is a chance or chances for warrant tobe = to mother shr, do convert and start selling them.

Just my thot for sharing with would be MDR players, be it buy /sell or for holding till it reach 0.03 (whatever)

With many million or billion more  warrant shr to convert or held by BBs.

It so much less to pay, it make sense. Let hope even retail players help those BBs to earn more...

  Looks long term like need to diversify the business from education to reclaim old glory.

  But  their education business performance is  really still struggling . Unless pump some capital into this coy.

Maybe you don't know much about its past.

When they were in its hey days when its share price is more than $1.... a star then. Until the fake financial report saga..... that cause its downfall... many many tears back.

It owns a number of properties..... while their main business is in education....they do buy shares of other listed companies, own their own buildings and properties that they rent out to collect rental... was not 100% in education only.... a  bit of holding company...

They also do investing  to reap better annual returns.......... but after  the " bad saga" its price fall and fall till below 3 cents... along  the way, it sold quite a lot of its properties...as  business shrink they downsize .... they were in the RED ..ie making lost for many years after the saga...

Now they are beginning to make profits.... they might also want to start investing in other business and perhaps own properties again... all are to be seen nothing is firm... I am also not sure, although they are seeing profits. I got no idea if they are already out of the woods.... yet :)

Anyway........ out of the wood is just a matter of time... long term investing...not looking at short term negativity (IF ANY)

Those whom talk about rising oh falling.... understood ed to be looking to make that half or 2 cents than take profits to buy coffee, pay phone bills...buy too, go casino... , sell and wait type :)

  There is nothing wrong :). PPL money ppl's wish , their way of playing and punting and way to make their money work for them :)

Likely day traders whom depends on Nett trade positive for salary - some say self employed via stock market or freelance traders, work from home,  while baby sits. Seep coffee watch laptop for stocks movement or sit in MacDonald eating Burger, watch free reply EPL matches while trading :)

BTIG was the latest firm to downgrade the tech giant's stock last week over concerns on the iPhone's pricing and the ability of customers to upgrade. Adding to woes, the Department of Justice sued Apple and five publishers, saying they colluded on ebook pricing.

" We believe this could be a simple " collapsing" on its own weight given the year-to-date move," wrote Brian Marshall, analyst at ISI Group, referring to Apple's decline.

            Meanwhile...Japan said, it would pledge $60 billion to the International Monetary Fund.IMF to give $60 billion to IMF for euro bail-out fundIt was a critical part of the organisation's bid to boost a global firewall against Europe's debt crisis. Finance Minister Jun Azumi said he hoped the move would spur other nations to kick in funds.

            He said these were " crucial not only to the euro zone but also to Asia and Japan if we are to ensure that the crisis is completely over." The news comes several days before a Group of 20 finance chiefs' meeting in Washington.


            Azumi said today that the $60 billion, which will come in the form of emergency loans using Japan's foreign-exchange reserves, was " important to make public our attitude if we are to help forge an early agreement" .

            April 20 (Reuters) - Australia, Singapore, South Korea and the United Kingdom pledged contributions to the International Monetary Fund as part of a broad global effort to boost the precautionary resources of the fund.

            " The IMF plays an essential role in supporting stability in the global economy, from which we all benefit," the four countries said in a joint statement.

            Australia will contribute $7 billion, Singapore $4 billion, South Korea $15 billion and the United Kingdom $15 billion.....

            (CNNMoney) -- U.S. stocks advanced Friday, as investors welcomed another round of strong earnings from corporate America and positive news out of Europe.

            The Dow Jones industrial average (INDU) jumped 100 points, or 0.8%, the S& P 500 (SPX) rose 9 points, or 0.6%, and the Nasdaq (COMP) gained 20 points, or 0.6%.

            Govts committed more than $400 billion in fresh money to the International Monetary Fund to help it protect the world economy against deepening debt turmoil in Europe.

            That sum is contained in the draft of a statement obtained by Bloomberg News which will be released by Group of 20 finance ministers and central bankers after a meeting now under way in Washington.

            Specific country contributions will be decided ahead of a Mexican summit of G-20 leaders in June, Brazilian Finance Minister Guido Mantega said

            The IMF, which acts as the United Nations of global finance, is seeking to raise $500 billion to meet an estimated $1 trillion worth of funding needs over the next few years.

            The funding issue looms large as finance officials and central bankers from around the world gather this week for the spring meetings of the IMF....
