Yoma purposed right issue is 0.24, price is very attractive. if Yoma can maintance above 0.50 then  right issue  profit is 100%.

Increasing real estate exposure. There are encouraging signs that Yoma is actively building up its exposure to Myanmar’s real estate sector through the Star City project, which will give the co a development pipeline for the next 6-8 years.

The decision to keep its retail mall holdings in Dalian, China, prevents Yoma from billing itself as a pure Myanmar play, and this may prove to be an unnecessary distraction.

The mall suffered losses,  S$800,000 for Apr-Sept 2011 period and more losses are anticipated in near future.

Last and not least. A farmer life is so much better, but is have to do with hardwork and homework to reap reward when is time to sell to d mkt.

(c) As at the date of announcement  F and B discontinued operations - to date  all restaurants have ceased op.

V. Jan 2012 -  Two South African abalone experts engaged by the Grp visited the farms to review and evaluate the reported mortalities by ex-management.

Note: The new mgt team had put  in placed some of the key farm mgrs and supervisors with more experienced staff recruited for, for  the seafood farming  industry.

Animal husbandry measures are being reviewed and better practices implemented. The team is also ensuring better quality feed is made available to the animals.

VI. To improve cashflows, the Grp will focus on live sales of juvenile abalones when mkt prices are attractive.

VII. For processing plant, Grp will focus initially on basic process  products – frozen and canned abalones  and on  OEM processing services. Head counts have been reduced and cost cutting measures implemented.

Digiland run up will, very  much depending on rotational play by players, on how players wanted it to be, as such news on M& A, RTO  and or even on certain  rumour, (if any) boss or bosses  is...there can be unlimited  players chasing  higher high  or limited to a buy  (say 0.003 to 0.005). Majority is stuck @0.004. 

My personal expereience is  when bidding (risk or betting) it can take  many weeks, if not many months, if it run up-sell (if any) oneself target is arrive at...sell), one must  have very good, very long, long  patience.

MDR, TT Int'l has it turn after  several years of waiting to move  (A very good example on how mkt players is trying to sell such sex.y stories),  I called it a super run up, not even unifiber can match. Called it super speculative and sentiment in nature.

Having posted as such, is it always player playing against d others, against  each others.   

Be aware and prepare for speculative play. 9 win out of 10 -  can also make one loss everything.

24 April 2012 – Fragrance Group Limited (“Fragrance Group”) and World Class Land Pte Ltd (“WCL”), the property development subsidiary of Aspial Corporation Limited (“Aspial”), today announced the incorporation of a special purpose company. Bayfront Ventures Pte Ltd (“Bayfront Ventures”) in conjunction with the acquisition of Keypoint (the “Property”).

Both Fragrance Group and WCL each has a 50% share in the special purpose company.

Bayfront Ventures has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with British and Malayan Trustees Limited (the “Vendor”), the trustee of Frasers Commercial Trust, to acquire the Property at a purchase consideration of S$360 million.

Keypoint is a 25-storey commercial development located at the junction of Beach Road and
Jalan Sultan.
