It oso mean a  big Share Holders can buy / sell and speculate without having to report as such...

Do note -  Anything less then 5% of shares,  for any  big investor, the like of, for eg -    " Australian Microcap Investments Pty Ltd', will not hav tobe reported in SGX web site.

Stk mkt is in deed " complicated" ...due to too many factors, from personal profile personality, trading skill, trading experience to alot of noise, technical data, chart,  gut feeling to wrong timing and so on...Happi experiencing.

Help  by super computer -  mkt is becoming more volatile with many short burst in trading.

It come in all form and telling as such, how to make it through in many thotful way. Learn mkt behavior and respect mkt players.

Brokers will offer some tools. One of the tools are called " market depth" which allow you to see the number of lots queue at 10bid buy  and 10bid sell. You have to pay money to apply it. I heard CIMB offer free to their client

It mean major share holder, the like of an australia company "   Australian Microcap Investments Pty Ltd" had already not vested in this Ausgroup listing in SGX, for whatever reasoning...one of many reasons,  reasonable  possibility is to get back their capital and maybe, just maybe reinvesting again using it in another name and or trust fund, hope it help.

Such announcement by SGX  is always about three days late and usually after reading hours..

This is basically a question (?)  that no one really can  answer to ur  (?) can't be 100% perfect or correct, " good time to enter" , it has got oneself to do some homework by reading more into this stk and whatever stk one wish to venture into...price look abit refreshing, but abit  flat, with more players taking notice on short term play, this farming  stk can only mean for mid to  long term for stake holder to be rewarded. 

Today it top on 4th listed volume trade with a volume of 48,854 lots changed hands by players.

Take note: Stock is basically been taken notice by players (be it buy / sell or hold), is for punters / players to play, as each and every stk is basically subject to speculation.

just FYI sharing, U can track basic stk prices here or with ur securities firm. if only u are keen and a must buy, then do ur homework and weight ur chances, don buy if U are not sure and if must buy, small stake to hold within your mean, that can give retail players a chance,  (be it loss abit and or  to make abit)

Don loss over sleep, and don blind by abit of greed, that will always lead to more greed.

x 0 		Like wise, they can oso buy down to sell, end of the day, on average their numbers ended in five digit, it can be in one (1) lot and or several thousand lots. So prices traded can be up and or down, it does not make not much different in term of pricing.

x 0 		They don do chionging, they buy / sell to their liking, they like volume trading, as their holding is huge, they got some stake in it - is something like BBs vs BBs, each time when prices trading higher, chances is some of their stake maybe release into the mkt, bit by bit. and so on...Happi Trading.

So this stk, Monday is a good to bet....today, is another day,(2nd days) -  Tues - not so bad, is on profiting by players after huge run up yesterday.

It good to post  (+ and -)  news and  players can weight on it.....Happi Trading.

Check Yahoo, just now rally is 11792 lots in 5 minutes transacted. small players are not able to do this in 5 minutes. The only possible is BB take action to eat all the contra people queue from 50 to 51.5cents instead of letting them to sell down at last 15minutes.
