i expect 4Q maybe reach 8x cents only.
cause 3Q results not fantastic and cause it to hover around 7x. if 4Q good news then 8x should be fair value.

Always follow market play waiting game. They don't give, you don't take. They don't take you don't give. Brokers usually die of thirst in this situation. Let them move the prices up or down, this way we can see action and volumes, else everyone drink coffee will do. Hahaha.
