Back then...June 21 (Reuters) - Oceanus news

Singapore-listed abalone producer Oceanus Grp Ltd said late on Thursday that two substantial shareholders will transfer a large block of shares to the firm's former CEO. Chairman Ng Cher Yew and Bestglobal Enterprises Corp will transfer 446.3 million Oceanus shares, or about 22% of the firm's issued share capital, to former CEO Yu De Hua and related parties.

" The aforesaid 446,317,492 Oceanus Shares are not intended by the parties to be performance shares, but are in fact for the purposes of achieving a global settlement of all matters amongst them," said in a stk mkt filing.

Foot Note:

A definitive agreement to be prepared according to PRC laws will be signed by the seller and the Coy’s subsidiary for the sale and transfer of " the Property" when the Co decides to exercise the right to acquire the Property.

Currently, the Grp is using the " Property" as one of the farms in the PRC to rear its abalones. The Co will update Shareholders should it proceed with the acquisition of the Property.

According to the provisions of the Settlement Documents, (the " Property" ) in the People’s Republic of China, to sell and transfer the Property to the Coy’s subsidiary in the PRC (if requested by the Co) at a nominal consideration of S$1.00, subject to the applicable PRC laws relating to the land transfer.

NOTICE OF A DIRECTOR'S (INCLUDING A DIRECTOR WHO IS A SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER) INTEREST AND CHANGE IN INTEREST

1) Settlement Agreement dated 21 June 2012 was entered into between Dr Ng Cher Yew (“NCY”) and Bestglobal Enterprise Corp (“BEC”) on one part, and Yu De Hua (“YDH”) on the other.

2) whereby it was agreed that NCY and/or BEC shall transfer and/or shall procure the transfer to YDH(or to such other parties as YDH may direct) and/or to deal with 446,317,492 Oceanus Shares in full and final settlement of their disputes in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

3) As scheduled in the Settlement Agreement, out of the aforesaid 446,317,492 Oceanus Shares, an aggregate of 15,627,659 Oceanus Shares held by NCY through BEC have on 22 August 2012 been transferred to Yu Yang.

Which mean hold, it may oso mean unable to off load, but just buying more.

Hope it served as wake up call, thing is not so bright for coal mining downunder for short term.

Players pls trade with care.

Just for info sharing...in Straits Times paper today -- Aussie mining magnates suffer big wealth drop, wiped off $25.5B..don know it can get better or not?, as it will cost as many as 150,000 jobs losses.

Thing to note: DBS n DMG gave a very good thump up recommendation (a solid buy)...Shares of AusGroup Ltd, which provides construction services to the mining as well as oil and gas industries, surged after the company said it is looking to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

However another story here...(old news). Resources firms including BHP Billiton and Fortescue have recently shelved or scaled back projects in Australia due to worsening industry conditions and Mining minister Martin Ferguson has warned the boom days are over.

Do note - Anything less then 5% of shares, for any big investor, the like of, for eg - " Australian Microcap Investments Pty Ltd" , will not hav 2b reported in SGX web site. mean, big Share Holders can buy / sell and speculate without having to report as such.

Not only Ausgrp, almost every stk is sold down, was just wondering now. Even strong players keep saying and calling for a buy, then switch to hold, hold and hold till dual listing, read somewhere in others forum. Optimistic players also cannot tahan, then sold their Ausgrp100 lots liao. CFD?.

Ausgroup - no news is good nor is bad. This week, Optimistic players would like to buy/sell beyond > 0.54, while players on the bench is awaiting opportunities buy @< 0.51, there are however as many players will let go once reach their TP (buy/sell/ -- holding?. and or on contra). All pending mkt behavior...Happi speculating.

Oceanus earning is always potientially is always there, left to be seen, it b'cos of the Ex-CEO leaving a mess. Now it is left to the newest BBs and owner to work out their sum.

Without those new 20 ++ investors, Oceanus would not have survive till today. So I think New BBs must hav work out their plan, collected some @cheap px.

Don know jailat or not this trading week?, to me more or less the same thing, (keep oso cannot, don keep, don know can or not..?)...the best is sell into strength. Just sharing my thot, I can be lawyas wrong hohh...Don follow.

Err..maybe just follow those strong supporter who has very strong optimistic view.

Just sharing my own thot. Observe. Respect mkt force and how players is playing.

Assuming " bot high" and can't sell into strength, look like got to keep for sometime, if not hav to decide how - cut loss?. Hope all the best, not everyday is a Sunday.

Just oni for EG: A gd cut is somewhere just about @their BBs selling px of 54 to 57cts.
