Those BBs that need to sell, oredi sold down to less then 5%, so others may along the way picking up while shr is sold down, Since then BBs (others may.:) may hav collect enuff.

Hope Ex-CEO n the new CEO (the owner) hav a happi ending.

SG was v.right, vol traded in Ausgrp is low. - all gone i guessed otherwise will call for don sell...buy more,..then later panic again.

Is even very good to use existing profit made for speculating on a higher px bidding...this is call speculating w/o lossing sleep.

Back then...June 21 (Reuters) - Oceanus news

Singapore-listed abalone producer Oceanus Grp Ltd said late on Thursday that two substantial shareholders will transfer a large block of shares to the firm's former CEO. Chairman Ng Cher Yew and Bestglobal Enterprises Corp will transfer 446.3 million Oceanus shares, or about 22% of the firm's issued share capital, to former CEO Yu De Hua and related parties.

" The aforesaid 446,317,492 Oceanus Shares are not intended by the parties to be performance shares, but are in fact for the purposes of achieving a global settlement of all matters amongst them," said in a stk mkt filing.

Foot Note:

A definitive agreement to be prepared according to PRC laws will be signed by the seller and the Coy’s subsidiary for the sale and transfer of " the Property" when the Co decides to exercise the right to acquire the Property.

Currently, the Grp is using the " Property" as one of the farms in the PRC to rear its abalones. The Co will update Shareholders should it proceed with the acquisition of the Property.

According to the provisions of the Settlement Documents, (the " Property" ) in the People’s Republic of China, to sell and transfer the Property to the Coy’s subsidiary in the PRC (if requested by the Co) at a nominal consideration of S$1.00, subject to the applicable PRC laws relating to the land transfer.

Just for re-freshing, sharing on why px getting cheap and cheaper. Do home work, learn how mkt players play and on mkt behavior. How px is best arrive at, is left to market forces to decide.

The lowest so far is 2.6c, but ended higher last Friday @2.9c...Happi Speculating, (those vested).

Why it can attracted not only 18 more rich investors, but also AIF capital chief in, and had a seat as none executive director.

The share price of this company was about 40cents about 1-2 years ago and now it dropped to 2 cents. Yes, dropped to almost nothing.

Does this company have any fundamental?

What I am just worried is it might just go bankrupt, fold up the company and delist itself from the stock exchange altogetrher. We have seen many cases, don't we?

2.5 cents is really worrying.

Me think, been angry is one thing. Still, he 1 or not, to throw away his money just like that?.

Me think, he has to sell anyway and on the way BBs start picking up his share along the way.

Now that Ex-CEO share holding is less then 5%, trading prices may tail off.

The volume involved is large and he is throwing his own money away, doing all this just to spike his ex-colleagues? Businessmen are very shrewd and calculating, it is difficult to believe the ex-CEO is that childish.

There could be underlying problem with this company.

I don't follow the industry/Oceanus business but I know the ex-CEO is a very angry man. That's why he is dumping his shares to spite his ex-colleagues.
Since he has a tonne of the shares, he would just sell at any price to press it down. Just my good guess,..hahaha...

When he is nearly done selling down to zero shares in his holding, the stock prx will almost surely rebound and could prove to be a quick multi-bagger.
Just my good guesss...hahaha...

Yes, agree with you regarding luring bigger fools in to bail the high stuckist out.

There were so many " promising" statements on some of the " Cannot Make it" (CMI) stocks where the price plummeted instead of sky-rocketed as some guys here have tried to draw a beautiful picture.

To name a few, the following were some of the stocks: Raffles Education, China Milk and Oceanus (dropped from ~30-40cts to 2 cts).

Fundamentally, I'll not claim that I know better than any other average outsiders as well. And because I can't read the future, I can't claim that it will never become a multibagger with 100% certainty.When did the ex-CEO start selling big time? This stock has been in strong downtrend since 2010, surely he is not the only one dumping.

Not vested, but sad to see many folks get victimized by bullshit, not only in this counter alone. To me these people with vested interest are not better than those con artists that cheated old folks money.

Besides they bought each shares at 7.2 cents.

Knowing Yue De Hua will sell alot they still held their stake ,at least by now they would have made much noise to the owner of the oceanus

BBs also short this one big time.

Short until 25-26 . Play psychological games with investors mind and make it seem like about to collapse. When suddenly 0.26 0.27 0.28 all clear and reach 0.29

within a few hours.

See their games.Experience it. and learn from it. Seeing last financial results without factoring new changes(the money that was recently pump in) is akin to seeing old news.Look for the new beginning.

Many Longists have turn shortists already for this oceanus. Many gave up at 25 26 27. before the BBs start their covering.now 29 cents

Monday they will play this trick again .will breach at least 3 cents and above at least on monday. those bought at 2.6 cents will huat really alot when share price reaches 10 cents in time to come.1 years 2 years. etc. About 300 percent return. Just keep it for long term. ...Believe in the 18 BBs that know what they are investing in and have lots of connection to help what they invest in...

MIA. Calling has gone to another counter and not Ausgrp liao.

How this wk performence?, same like for last week? - right. This coming wk (trade) can see Ausgrp seeing some action on volume. (Upside is limited as players sell into strength, today most stk is in +ve territoties).
