There is two meaning to it, one is to add value and of course more upward prices n trading activities, eg: push n dump around 8 to 10cts, depending on BBs players who got stuck.
Another one is to play on rumour and allow to speculate till it hit their target prices... so as to get some return on what had be vested in - 8cents..?. or what? Believe it is less then 8 cents after ave down
Overall Bio-Treat with care n don bio-trap oneself chasing after higher high. Donno - don try chasing.

Finance charges must and definitely must mean paying to capitalists/individuals/banks or finance institutions for money or for capital/assets advanced to the company for business to generate income/revenue. So if assuming they did not engage or did not have to borrow (meaning using own money/reserves if any) ro generate the income, then this company would be profiting quite an interesting amount for the report period as the accounts show. |

2. I took this opportunities to announced this S$95mil project and more..?.
3. I has gone from 4c, now 5.5c & await 8ct..?  as i wanted to push and dump by Dec 14 (2days more for me to dump), so i can make 100% profit 1st.
4. I will watch my growth come Dec 24, 2010 (Friday - X'mas eve  )

Highest was 4.5 cents? Remembered NTA after restructure was 7 or 6 cents. (not vested now). Slightly undervalued and stagnant traded at ard 4 cents., but could spring a surprise anytime.

An uneventful yr for Oceanus. Boss. Dr Ng look Happi n I think he is...So far no news or bad news. Think got hope, as CNY is coming, + he promises to BBs vested stake holders - bottom line is 2return2 profitability vested $$$ need some return yeilds, so prices may oso look promises as much effort had been putting it, into solid measures to consolidation it operation, given after the big scare.

The Co wishes to update...the JV Agreement announced on 20 Jan 2012, Wee Hur (Punggol Ctrl) P/L has awarded the contract for the construction work to be done on Land Parcel...at Punggol Central (the " Contract" ) to Wee Hur Construction P/L, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Co at a total contract price of S$150,000,000.00 exclusive of GST.
As announced on 20 January 2012, Wee Hur (Punggol Central) is Wee Hur Development P/L and ZACD P/L. The Co holds 65% of the shareholding of Wee Hur (Punggol Central) through Wee Hur Development P/L, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
Contract includes - proposed construction of condo housing development comprising 8 blks of 16-storey residential building (total 618 units) with 2 basement carparks, tennis court, swimming pools, clubhouse facilities and other ancillary, comprising of but not limited to piling works, building works, mechanical and electrical works and external works including all hardscape and softscape.
Contract is not expected to have material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the Grp for the financial year ending 31 Dec 2012.
