Yes, 80% of the printed money were parked in bonds because of high uncertainty before 2013.
Now US is recovering, China is bottoming up and Europe crisis is contained, more and more money will flow out from bonds into equities that yield higher return, especially North Asia.
Yr 2013 will be a good year for equities.

OCBC bullish on asia equities. Ample liquidity, attractive valuation, the US, European debt issues are the " new normal" . Money coming out of expensive bonds into equities.

Jan. 23, 2013, 8:54 p.m. EST China manufacturing improves: HSBC initial data
HONG KONG (MarketWatch) -- Business conditions for Chinese manufacturers saw further improvement in January from the levels seen in December, according to the initial reading of a monthly survey by HSBC released Thursday. The so-called flash Purchasing Managers' Index for January climbed to a 24-month high of 51.9, up from 51.5 in December. A reading above 50 signals an expansion in manufacturing activity. HSBC's flash PMI is based on responses from 85% to 90% of all respondents to a survey. The latest reading represents an improvement for the fifth straight month, " heralding a good start to the New Year," said Hongbin Qu, chief economist for China at HSBC. " Despite the still tepid external demand, the domestic-driven restocking process is likely to add steam to China's ongoing recovery in the coming months," he added. | |

i had this same analysis as you from the charts which led to me selling it off today. MACD, RSI and MA looking like the beginning to turn.
Fell to .625 which is below its support before rebounding back up too.
that was before the contract announcement. maybe there will be a chance to re-enter at a lower point again later.
Peter_Pan ( Date: 23-Jan-2013 18:57) Posted:
On the chart, it doesn't look good at all, bollinger band shows extremely high volatility, MACD is like going to u-turn, RSI and Stochastic also like going to u-turn. Momentum has plunged.
Anyway, play by ear lar.  |
