This year is the best time to invest this stock due to new revenues from Malaysia biomass and vietnam hydroplant first phase completed construction in 2H13.

Mgt should be looking out for new projects beyond 2013 for expansion - it is still a growth stock.

Hi CWC2929, tis stk hv some potential. Great when they can hv capacity to contribute to, where China is pumping $11Bil into Cambodia. Much of Asiatic business is also in Cambodia, built, construct, n mgmt energy power n electricity by selling back to industries, factory, govt n power energy user

just about tis stk, slow n steady can win, trust d mgmt will tap into $11b potential. bull potential, now rearing one, still young...this bull.

Logistics Holdings Limited (“the Co) launched its IPO for a Catalist listing via placement of 42.075m shares where 31.875m are new shares and the balance vendor shares at $0.23 each. It has a track record of 27 years and is principally engaged in building and construction works for govt and govt related bodies.

The IPO will be closing on 16 Jan 2013 12pm. Expected listing on 18 Jan 2013 at 9am.

Offer shall be subject to offeror having received, by closing Date, acceptances will hav to carry more than 50% of the voting rights - which mean n since offeror is holding to 44.1% as of this offer date, so if they 1 2.

they will have to buy those remain balancing shares to tip the scale above 50%..???. am i right to said..?. thks
