U don do shorting on T+3. If it is done, it will hav to buy back in the every same day, the amount of shr is short, (if shot 50 lots, must buy back on same day 50 lots) whatever the price will be...

T+3 or T+?- whatever day broker give is for oni buy/sell n not sell 1st (short of script).

As at 22 Jan 2013, Company has increased from 3,633,299,986 ordinary shares to 4,660,799,986 ordinary shares. Further to the announcements of 18 Jan 2013, 21 Jan 2013 and 23 Jan 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes -- USE OF PROCEEDS:

Funds transferred to Grand Prosper Grp Ltd and its subsidiary Deshi Oil & Gas Exploration Co. Ltd (3,463,000)

Funds transferred to Anlu, Dawu and XiaoChang Gas distribution network and CNG Fuel Station projects for business expansion of the Company (5,873,000)

Legal professional fees for Proposed Issue (153,000) Working Capital (5,868,000). Balance 43,743,000

The above utilization (Funds transferred to Anlu, Dawu and XiaoChang Gas distribution network, Legal professional fees and working capital amounting to S$11.894 million) of the net proceeds is within the limit of the balance (approximately S$12 million) of the total estimated net proceeds of about S$59 million from the S$60 million Notes, after setting aside the 80% portion.

(approximately S$47 million) intended to fund the expansion plans of the Deshi subsidiary as approved by the shareholders at the EGM held on 27 June 2008.

Ipco. just collected alot of cash n still want to place out more shr at further discount. The dato certainly make more cash 10% liao, further this...it the BBs biggest can very easily making ton of of from un-suspecting players who'll, will be left holding babe.

I m 101% sure about it...mean while happi speculate and help the dato rise to his target price, whatever he has in mind his target n not ur.

Alot will dependable on new BBs who bot or changed hands, if it is their own kakia, price may continue to be pick up by them for the next run.

Watch more closely if heavily vest in....SGX announcement and or with any others source (news)

Stk trading is as always - speculative know ur stk trading price where it stand...in the case for this Informatics, oni collection is when is down to where u want to buy n hold or speculate, or to buy / sell.

many players hope to buy below 20c and let above 20c, next minimum selling is 20.5c, better margin play.
