Plastoform...Chion...argh Yes.day. Mkt  players responsed very +ve to something, which I think is related better Q-ly result and even some others big news  (think so).

Today think it will plus+perform no-2 coming, as BBs sell.  BBs oso collected. it hit a high of 0.049 and settle @0.046c with more than 150,000,000 mil shr changed.

With BBs doing (this type) trading more often...It will certainly see better day ahead.

Positive business outlook coupled with positive uptrend since 8 October 2012 and insider purchase at 0.042.  I don't see a reason why it shouldn't attract such high volume today. Hop on the boat fast  before you miss the chinese new year rally!

As at 22 Jan 2013, Company has increased from 3,633,299,986 ordinary shares to 4,660,799,986 ordinary shares. Further to the announcements of 18 Jan 2013, 21 Jan 2013 and 23 Jan 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes -- USE OF PROCEEDS:

Funds transferred to Grand Prosper Grp Ltd and its subsidiary Deshi Oil  & Gas Exploration Co. Ltd (3,463,000)

Funds transferred to Anlu, Dawu and XiaoChang Gas distribution network and CNG Fuel Station projects for business expansion of the Company (5,873,000)

Legal professional fees for Proposed Issue (153,000) Working Capital (5,868,000). Balance 43,743,000

The above utilization (Funds transferred to Anlu, Dawu and XiaoChang Gas distribution network, Legal professional fees and working capital amounting to S$11.894 million) of the net proceeds is within the limit of the balance (approximately S$12 million) of the total estimated net proceeds of about S$59 million from the S$60 million Notes, after setting aside the 80% portion.

(approximately S$47 million) intended to fund the expansion plans of the Deshi subsidiary as approved by the shareholders at the EGM held on 27 June 2008.

Means the conversion is over, and with the placement shares can only be sell 6 months later, selling pressure will be less.

Waiting for news on how the 50 million will be used ?

(Plastoform) 0.46c/0.047c, ur  prop propability is the same as what i my thinking, accumulation...BBs is oso playing on Annica.

Will they want to..?. Those intraday players may test, but players is not willing to bite.
