So far shareholders have not been asked for money.   Even when they listed Oceanus TDRs in Taiwan it was non mandatory to convert or subscribe.   Then also the placement to the many millionaires not involving shareholders coming in money.   Thus my belief is should there be a need for funds, the likelihood of asking outsiders (non-shareholders) to subscribe is there.

Offering of 776,636,000 Units (subject to the Over-Allotment Option (as defined herein) The Public Offer offering of 265,357,000 Units (less 50,304,000 reserved)

A strong support team from 11 Cornerstone.

The Mgr projects a yield of between 5.6% for FY2013/14 and 6.1% for FY2014/15. This IPO is price abit expensive but from a price to book perspective, it is transacted at " fair value" at 93c.  Upto 79.851mil maybe " overalloted" if the demand is overwhelming and for price stablization purpose. Market cap for this  IPO  is estimate at  $4.41 bil.

As to ur question?. - (Estimation ONI,  IPO apply) 100 lots, if successful, allocated 6-8lots, for  50lots-4-5lots. less then 50lots-1-3lots

Just sharing n promoting stk/shr and or IPO interest in SJ, Investors whom is on placement got 10lots is equivalent to .5 to 1.0mil shr apply (Just a personal thot - personal opinion ONI - think so)

There's enough to 'satisfy' demand. I expecting a limited up side on debut day before it closed just above water.

AFP | Fri Mar 1 2013. US teen designs compact nuclear reactor

Fuel is in the form of molten salt,  and reactors don't need to be pressurized, according to the teenager.
US teen designs compact nuclear reactorLONG BEACH - Thursday - TED Conference Southern California. 18 year-old Taylor Wilson has designed a compact nuclear reactor that could one day burn waste from old atomic weapons to power anything from homes and factories to space colonies.

The American teen, who gained fame four years ago after designing a fusion reactor build in the garage of his family's home, shared his latest endeavour. " It's about bringing something old, fission, into the 21st Century." He has designed a small reactor capable of generating 50-100 megawatts of electricity, enough to power  up to  100,000 homes. The reactor can be made assembly-line style and powered by molten radioactive material from nuclear weapons, Wilson said.

The relatively small, modular reactor can be shipped sealed with enough fuel to last for 30 years. " You can plop them down anywhere in the world and they work, buried under the ground for security reasons," he said, while detailing his design at TED.

" In the Cold War we built up this huge arsenal of nuclear weapons and we don't need them anymore," Wilson said. " It would be great if we could eat them up, and this reactor loves this stuff."

His reactors are designed to spin turbines using gas instead of steam, meaning they operate at temperatures lower than those of typical nuclear reactors and don't spew anything if there is a breach.

" In event of an accident, you can just drain the core into a tank under the reactor with neutron absorbers and the reaction stops," Wilson said. " There is no inclination for the fission products to leave this reactor," he said. " In an accident, the reactor may be toast, which is sorry for the power company."

Wilson, who graduated in May, said he is putting off university to focus on a company he created to make Modular Fission Reactors and planned to have a prototype ready in  2 years and a product to market in  5 years. He see his competition as a nations, particularly China, and the roadblocks ahead as political instead of technical.

" Imagine having a compact reactor in a rocket designed by those planning to habitat other planets. Not only would you have power for propulsion, but power once you get there."

" Not only does it combat climate change, it can bring power to the developing world," Wilson said with teenage optimism.

'This Rally is Real' ...

Rally in the stock market is real and supported by the fundamentals, Goldman Sachs's Abby Joseph Cohen told CNBC on Friday. Short-term concerns about the automatic spending cuts notwithstanding, her models peg fair value for the S& P 500 index at 1,575 - a 4% premium to Thur's close. " There are other models, including the Fed model, that show fair value as high as 1,700 or 1,750."

Thursday's session, Dow Jones Industrial Average came within 15 points of its all-time closing high of 14,164 before finishing lower.

The rally is supported by improving fundamentals in U.S. economy and, very importantly, valuation," the senior U.S. investment strategist said. " Equities at a (price-to-earnings) ratio at 14 times earnings, they're just not expensive."

I just read the full year result that was out yesterday, in page 17, it said the below:

" Taken together, these activities are aimed at improving our production efficiencies and costs. While we are confident the results will show by the year end, the Group will need another round of funding to complete the restructuring exercise that begun end December 2011."

Seem like there will be either a private placement or rights issue this year, likely there will be a push of the price just before that.

Anyone want to share the opinion on the impact to the price?
