It has proposed to sub-divide each unissued ordinary share of par value US$0.10 to into 10 new ordinary shares of par value US$0.01. Am I right to say that the price will drop to one-tenth? |

True, it went thru consolidation of 10 for 1 exercise and was previously known as North22..... Now share capitalisation is at 100m.....rather small. |

Demand doesn't seems to dry up as yet. With the small float of 100m, can be easily cornered by BB. This is esp. the case where shortist thinking that this counter doesn't deserve shooting up so much ie.165% yesterday short the counter indiscrimanately. Furthermore, probabilty of new venture on hand will push it higher...... a big MAYBE!!!! |

What a gain for those who are vested. Eye shattering. This Dr. Soh is like another O H. Leong. Waiting the whole day for the counter to settle down, went in a small way @.365. Hope to make some kopi money if it continues it run. Awsome. |

Dr Anthony Soh will subscribe for 42m new NeteLusion shares at $0.13, representing approximately 27.9% of the number of shares in issue in the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of the Company after the issue of the Subscription Shares (being 150,422,582 shares). The Subscriber's achievements include the acquisition of a controlling interest in Jade from SILLC Asia, LLC (a subsidiary of Citibank Group) in May 2007, after which the Subscriber introduced several new businesses, such as commodities, energy (oil) and real estate businesses, to Jade to bolster its core semi-conductor business. The Subscriber will be a strategic investor in the Company after the completion of the Proposed Transaction. This will enable the Company to leverage on the Subscriber?s network, industry contacts, expertise and track record, particularly in fund raising and developing new businesses. Dr Soh has also subscribed for shares in Ei-Nets. |
