For short term n immediate play, players can play for whatever a win or to cut losses. For mid to longer term, players may hav a chance to pickup when nobody is keen to play. (don chase higher high)

Just sharing n promoting stk/shr trading interest in SJ.

Iskandar is BBs rich play ground, to collect alot of cash, PL had very successfully sold this idea on what Rowsley can do - next several year down the road.

Retail player's oni collect kopi money. Want to play up, is help BBs to collect faster into their pocket.

Meanwhile player's who win - collect LOL, those lost - will cry, cry n cry - pls pay up after whatever T+3, T+5 is over.

Don speculate on such stk, hope for d best n prepare for d worst.

I recall risktaker posted a graph, it start falling B4 it can pick up again after mth of May. (I oso expecting nice, good windows dressing yr end)

Don't under estimate U.S. leader, they get thing done oni during last hr. B4 trade will stag n drag along, there after, another big green news forward for DOW to chion...huat huat...arhh.
For info. fiscal cliff is postpone to mth of May, 2013.

Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner Fed borrowing has reached the $16.394 trillion debt ceiling.

Everyday, players is taking part in many form of gambling through all kind ways.

1) Problem players treat it as gambling biggest casinos.

Do take NOTE - A longist can turn Shortist within hours.

Rowsley and Singhaiyi has a total different picture when shortist play short. Rowsley is a very good example, last hour is was total shot @..:(

SingHaiyi - (short, down-10%) 384,302 lots value @$15,469,944.oo
Rowsley - (short, down-18%) 11,724 lots value @$5,176,105.oo

What once Rowsley had fail several yr ago with Dr ma JV - China renewal business (to collect alot of cash?? which PL had fail to collect).

Now PL has successful sold such idea (propery play) to player's using Iskandar as some very sweet bite (for the bees) to put Rowsley (an investment firm controlled by PL) into such sweet idea so successfully.

Happi speculating n whatever player's -LOL, players losses - pay up :(

I can see ur point, There is a element been speculative and all for profiting fast track for cash. Local pple's will not be very happi about all the surging in properties, housing prices and land cost, for those who buy/bot in Johor, most is not staying, not going to help, like us. We oso not happi about housing EC flat bot over by FT/PR here.
