Bros, watch out for the following kind of trading pattern. Very high chance can make money.
Did any of you notice how St James, Sunlight and Matex were traded?. They have the same trading pattern. See example below.
Take for example Counter A. Counter A normal trading buy sell queue is less than 100 lots. Then suddenly you see extreme high volmun of more than 1000 lots at buy sell queue. Let's say buy queue at 0.067 is 1000 lots and sell queue now at 0.068 is 5000 lots. Anyone with the right mind will not buy straight big lots at 0.068 unless buy queue build up to match that of sell queue. You see this kind of buy up for Sunlight and Matex previously, and Friday for St James. And all these 3 counters tops the top 3 volumn on the that trading day. This is an inducement for people to go in and trap them. Of course, it will first moves up with limited pips only. When you see this kind of scenario, just short it. It will likely to drop after that and can drop quite a lot. Can make many pips.
I shorted St James on Friday at 0.068 but cover back at 0.067 because it takes too long to drop. I have to work and can't monitor that long. That's why cover earlier. I would have made more if I cover end of the day. For this counter, it doesn't drop many pips. But for Sunlight and Matex, it drops at least 20 pips if I remember correctly. Take note that before this kind of trading pattern happen, this counter must be pump up to quite high a few days earlier.
Let's short together when we see this next time, and huat together!
