Ocbc promotion borrow $ at only 1.88% but must payback by 6 mths time..somemore no processing fee.

Just went to apply, hope in time to buy in during this correction and huat 6 mths later.

I am not advertising nor working with ocbc, just find the promotion very attractive

yo epliew...if u use cfd u no need cover shorts by end of the day. main attraction of cfd's. and when BT become TR i will be his client too :P

most of my money is in stable equities actually...first reit, suntec reit ,starhub (not stable lol) . only 2k to play play...my hard earned money :X

good brother !keep it up ! wilmar is like I said a downward trend.... if u are not into shorting then.... wait for a little longer....

actually i am learning from the experts here....i only have cash account at the moment until my BT brother got this trader license I will open an account with him and maybe a shorting account.

did a few short with BT, not always good for cash account...... must cover at the end of the day.  But it gave me an experience on how the real world is like....

my greatest lost is from genting sp........ now i am a good boy will be very discipline to buy when it is very low, and keep for dividend or retirement.....

lol...i haven 21 yet...cant buy if i dun have money in my account...not like u all can contra...might be a blessing in disguise...anyway i waiting to enter uni later this yr...lol...just ord-ed...

anyway....i realised my stupid mistake with wilmar, like what BT said..is betting against the trend...trend is ur friend...downtrend counter short it...uptrend counter go long...MACD for wilmar yesterday just bearish crossover...RSI and MFI all trending down, OBV show distribution...and the fibo show tt the 23% support (last gate of support) kena breached yesterday...thats why lao sai like mad. oh yea, 8day ema, 21day ema, 20day sma etc all not very high above yesterdays price. means like erm....normally if go too far off too fast from the ema/sma they will "snap" back...Wilmar even though LS like mad...still very near the "rubber bands" (ema/sma), means that it's not "panic" selling or irrational buying.

But like what u said all these are lagging indicators...but one think u can see is the trend lor...general downtrend. bet with the trend

btw i kind of think all these TA's are self fulfilling prophesies... Smiley

Chart-wise, S&P and DJ has been trending nicely upwards since Nov, to counter check just look at our Asian market......  from there you can roughly figure out where the money is going. Good luck to all

Hi guys, pop in to take a look.

Our STI market compared to regional markets is surprisingly weak.

Given the bullish leads from Dow and HSI, STI is still remaining weak.

Even though a interest rate hike is coming soon for China, the bearish reaction is overdone.

Once there is a serious downward movement for Dow or HSI, STI will certainly over-react to the downside.

I will exit Kepland upon first black candle. And then go short for the rest of the counters till the rate hike is over.

I have reason to suspect money flowing back to US market or other markets at this time.
