On last Friday trade summary - Volume indicates strength and Shortists is hoping to buy back at lower price, with BBs married deal @0.053c. Its psychological 0.053 cents is worrisome to them. Shortists this time round don make much significant impact...Oceanus is in good hands.

Yes. U are right. most players w/o CFD will have to do so. Buy back within the same day whatever stk is shoted at.

If not SGX will buy back 2 click higher. (not on the same day)U also can check out on SGX web site.

EG no-1 - ABC stk is shot at less then .200c, buy back by SGX will read .202c. (2 bid higher)

EG nos-2 - CDF stk is say to be shot at .500c, buy back by SGX will read .510c (2 bid higher)

A quick shot at...M1 and or SingTel, both do had agreement to CarrierNet, now with new mgt and new boss (JP representative here) to hav a new name or rename it to Polaris Telecom.

It's coming in to make it name more valuable in time to come...huat huat...argh.

It going to scoot in with +ve result. Said it new boss.

When betting get so serious, for bigger fish, one billion dollar is added to the bid, one S$ billion dollar of more debt to clear.

Thk for sharing, it's thought to be going for, at least three months as agree upon to open for windows trading period with SGX enknowledge.

This trading period maybe volatile in play, a chance to let go, a chance to shot at, a chance to maintain vested interest by BBs (esp the owner) and a chance for contra player's changing hands.

Just sharing my thot n stk/shr trading interest in SJ.

ThaiBev 1st offer $8.88 cents, next and final offered is $9.43 cents ++ all the work and others money that need to put to sucessful bid for...It is noted to say F& N it worth $11.00 dollars.

Yet Chief. Mr Charoen is quite undecide yet...Three months.?. He is likely taking more advise from some big gun and mulling over his next strategy.

Trades as seperate entity, trade may end lower each time price is push up and dump, likely lower on a narrow band less then 50 cents till dust is settle (think so). Agree with U.

It run up is due to help from speculating player's too.

Precisly, the reason why it was at 60 cents was beacuse f and n earning's were factored in. but since f and n were to trade as a seperate entity, earnings cannot be included. thbev would at most be worth 50 cents

TEE Int'l gets nod to list property arm on SGX mainboard

Friday - Engineering-related TEE Int'l Limited said that its property arm, TEE Land Private Limited, has been given the nod by the Singapore Exchange to listing on the mainboard.

TEE Land will remain a unit of TEE Tnt'l. TEE Tnt'l will be diluted by at least 20% after the proposed listing. It also said in Feb that certain pre-IPO investors have agreed to invest S4 million in TEE Land.

OCBC Research said, TEE Int'l announced it had set up two units under TEE Land, called TEE Industrial and TEE Hospitality.

The property arm must raise at least S$20 million in gross proceeds from the proposed invitation. It must also have a minimum market value of S$150 million and the issue price must be at least S$0.50 a share.

An extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held to seek shareholders' approval due to the dilution.

TEE Int'l share price closed +1.5c to $0.37c with 2919 lots changed hands.

New mgt will oso change the game, +ve over next two yrs (think so)backup with plenty of fund. SingTel can expect big project funded n job done well and on time. both can ensure each others. A job well done.

Please do ur own analysis n homework hohh. It take certain amount of time to appreciate when players realise it potential. (think so)
