More experienced bloggers elsewhere said the " flush" is typical of  a post-placement phenomenon where shorties join placees to short the counter. It usually shoots up after the flushing. It has already recovered to around 0.210 from the earlier low of 0.197. Those vested should hang in there (some say should end the day at 0.25). Huat Ahhhh....
