Just go in to SGX website:- 120,000,000 private placment at $0.215 fully taken up

by instituitional investors. FYI

Quite similar to Genting SP, execpt that the shares are privately placed with DBS.

Pl.take note that the share capital is enlarged.

Yr. share holding is diluted.

0.015 Cts = Sgd. 0.00015 just too little! let say the share price is Sgd. 0.265 so in percentage term the dividend we get is 0.0566%. Is that attractive? I wonder.

I intend to buy below $1, better still around 90cts.Here again,

depend on many factors, such as other world markets performance,

economic and financial matters. It does not discount me from buying

over $1 if other world markets are doing well.
