Cannot understand why anyone would want to issue this form of " death spiral convertible bond" ........ To make sure that the death spiral CB has room to operate, the board propose to consolidate the share 10 to 1.  This really sucks..............

It players playing against each other, long? / shot?,  vested?, those on contra. DayTraders and so on...even on after consolidated to new price, say is 0.40 cents, players may still pump, speculate, dumping is oso  highly likely. More or less more volatile play.

Whether it with grain or  a pin of salt. One has to weight the option and prepare for all possibilities.

On sharing my trading experience and thot.

There is two possible way to look at...just sharing my thot.

(2 warrant for every 1 held). Prepare S$36,000  thousand to buy your warrant which forumer said is free. Free Bonus somemore??.

$43,700 + $36,000 / 300 = is your average.

Like what another forumer think can sell for 0.40 cent,  like that, every one of  those players huat huat liao lohh.

Wise thinking. Those players who bot must be sucking thump.

Hi. When will they issue warrants? Any bro know aprroximately? Need to set aside $.

Vested with 100 lots @ 43.7cts.

hi bro... thanks for the info... so can i say that i bought 10 lots at $0.375= $3750. warrants ratio is 2:1 at $0.18 which means 20 lots= 3600. $3750+$3600= $7350    $7350/30.000= $0.245. assuming the price is $0.40 i would have profited unrealized $0.155 per share. $0.155x30,000= $4650 excluding commission. Am i on the right track

U can oso do trading (sell and or buy) warrant share in open market. Watch their news closely if vested.

Rewarded...???

" reward existing shareholders with a free bonus ?? issue of two warrants for every one existing share.

Each warrant will have an exercise price of S$0.18 per share

Note - It not free, please prepare to pay S$0.18x2 for the two warrants per existing share.

For General infomation ONLY - Warrants share has a run out of date and can be convertble to mother share.

For eg mother share last closed of at say 0.40 cents. Ur two warrant bot at 0.18 cents mean U still see the need to spend paying the different of 40c minus 18c. The different to pay is 22 cent more per share.

Initially on going, may fell for feel good factor and so on....trade with care.

A minimum price threshold may never be implemented.

mcking      ( Date: 28-Apr-2013 08:59) Posted:

Google it fast.  Of course, you can wait and feel the full impact once the note holder convert their first tranche of $200,000 into shares and sell them in the market.  And if the first tranche does not collapse the share price, wait for the second tranche of $200,000 and the third, fourth, fifth and so on.

Maybe someone can knock some sense into the board of directors and get them to cancel this note issue immediately.  I am sure if they are ready for such market valuation destruction, they can find a better form of financing.

Impact of stk Consolidations, often occur as a means of elevating the value of lowly priced stocks.

This action allows existing shares in issue to be cancelled and replaced by a smaller number of shares, each with higher shares value. (to consolidations for eg to 0.40cents range mkt).

Consolidations, is to play their effective role, in elevating share prices, into a smaller number of shares on par values (similar to the old shares).

A key motivation is to allow companies to issue new equity, considerably easier when share prices are at higher values.

Note - Market re-value for shares whose consolidation value don't mean much to players.

Certain consequently, results may not translate that well to stocks.

Results may differ after consolidation at higher levels in the 'penny' range.

Market player's may pump and dump after new price set in,

A minimum price threshold may never be implemented.

We all are adults, mature enuff to know, may our knowledge and plus familiarity with which stk one is vested in, play, speculate, long and or short. Stk manipulate on....players action will always be responsible ultimately for their own action in stk trading.
Do it with a pin of salt. That oso one need to do their own analysis n home work. Happi trading n speculating.

U r contradicting yrself. U stated tat STI will crash down to 2000 in 2013.

Why r u long on yr stocks. U r the greatest market fortune teller, always talking

nonsenses in this forum. .Imagine investors selling all their stocks believing in what

u said the STI crash down to 2000. That's a  very misleading statement. u hv made.

Adios amigo.
