x 0 		Placement Price for vested players will be factor in...with so much more shr for trading. Dilution of shr happen, vested player's will support n sell off their placement stake which maybe pump n dump thus prices will be within their TP range to off load.

x 0 		Stk may come into speculative play or may oso manipulate. Past consolidation and after, prices is not always supported and is always an up hill task w/o solid profit to show as players playing against each other.

The longist, the shortist, the optimistic verses pessimistic (contra n day traders volume players). Mkt player's reaction to -ve news faster then +ve news.

x 0 		This minimum prices, after consolidated, eg say is set at 40c may not hold.
On convertible notes, players vested would wish usually may want to,...not to pay more to convert to share.
Only when conversion is completed, prices may again push up, sort of pump up to their TP price they like to sell.
