The Offering consists of

(i) an international placement to investors, including institutional and
other investors in Singapore and

(ii) an offering to the public in Singapore (the “Public Offer”). The size of the Public Offer is 21,505,000 Units.

teeth53 thot - Share on offer to public is not easy to get (to be allocate) and  placment share to placees is equally very  limited.

Opening prices should hit $1.05 to $1.10 (just my guess - think so)

CRT is really, really something like MapletreeGCC - Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust (IPO).

Oso price at  max-0.93 each. A look back on MapletreeGCC ipo-ed performed. 
Prices will remain stable near to $1.10c  for this coming trading week where BBs interest  remain vested.

Happi IPO-ing.  Just sharing my thot, sharing  n discipating infomation.

China Galaxy's IPO bookrunner record sets grim stage for bankers



1) State-owned China Galaxy Securities Co Ltd set a record for Hong Kong's IPO market, with a total of 21 banks working as joint bookrunners on its $1.37 billion offering.

2) Sinopec Engineering - A unit of Sinopec Group and the brokerage firm China Galaxy Securities are introducing initial public offerings, seeking to raise a total of as much as $3.5 billion, the largest Asian oil refiner, is offering 1.33 billion shares in an indicative range of HK$9.8 to HK$13.1 dollars each, putting the deal value as high as 17.4 billion dollars, or $2.24 billion.

It take more then two to tango, in-house trader, vested BBs, retailers n contra players. Some where after the run, some players may have pump n run on cautious play.
This is just my own assumption.

One may had form own  opinion, while many others may have of different view.

Like one whom is willing to allocated S$3,250,000.oo million of dollars into Asiatic Group Holdings Ltd. (There's always next opportunities, market is as always available 24/7)

There is many, too many  kind and type of players -- mainly pessimistic or other type optimistic, plus very greedy n greedy type. 

Many try, many fail and yet many paid heavily to learn.

Just balancing value n info on stk/shr trading interest in SJ.

x 0 		Tuesday - Tokyo stks soared nearly  3% in opening trade  as the yen fell and US stks hit fresh all-time highs on solid jobs data.

The Nikkei 225 index at the Tokyo Stock Exchange gained 403.63 points or 2.95%to 14,097.67 in the first few minutes of trading.

Stocks got support from a lower yen, which was changing hands at 99.26 to the dollar, hardly changed from 99.31 in New York Monday afternoon but well below the 97 range on pre-holiday May 2 trading.

" Stocks must account for a few sessions of most positive activity in overseas markets, which have resulted in a sharply weaker yen, all of which will be tonic for buying," said Hiroichi Nishi, general manager of equities at SMBC Nikko Securities.

" Signs that the US economy is improving, as well as the ECB's rate cut are most encouraging fundamentally."

Just to re-cap. Last yr got a lot of very strong story to tell, especially dual listing in AU. Players were very optimistic. Most recent calling, for a buy as strong interests shown by DMG calling with a TP of 0.66c.
I was wondering some players may have got stuck ur stuff in...

Teeth53 thot - please do ur own due diligence when betting on very sexy story. Just want to promote stk/shr trading interest here in SJ.
