Oso price at max-0.93 each. A look back on MapletreeGCC ipo-ed performed.
Prices will remain stable near to $1.10c for this coming trading week where BBs interest remain vested.

This news is posted after trading hours (last Thurs). last Friday.
CNA has done a good job by all players concern, it trading price ended on +ve note, after traded prices is run upto 0.136c.
CNA ended at...0.130c.  +0.0010cents, on Volume of 56,260,000 mil shr changed hands.
Info posted in not for any guide to trading purposes. Due diligence is required for trading and investing.
Just sharing stk/shr trading interest in SJ.

Saizen and Croesus are different classes of REITs. Saizen fundamental assets are freehold home and demand are pretty in elastic and of longer term.
Croesus is mall REITs subjected to the vagrant of the economy. Both have its merits and due diligence is required before investment.

Comparing apple with orange. Can't fight with them. Croesus got two very big Japanese institutional funded vested in, plus Abenomic, it economy is turning around nicely n surely. Last two day Japan Nikkei saw it trade surge by 3.5%....hahaha. huat huat...argh.
