Monday - SingTel rose as much as 1.5% to S$4.08, its highest in nearly 5.n.half years. Nearly 8 million shares changed hands, making SingTel one of the most actively traded stock by value.

SingTel, Singapore's largest company by mkt capitalisation, posted a 33% drop in 4th-quarter net profit, but said it will pay a final dividend of 10 cents a share, up from 9 cents a year ago.

The company's Australian unit, Optus, has announced plans to roll out Australia's first multi-band 4G network.

TEE Land Private Limited, has obtained a letter of eligibility-to-list from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for the listing of and quotation for all of TEE Land’s issued ordinary shares. (old news since early April).

With strong going on IPO recent success, was wondering will it be mth of May 2013?, as some concern player's is expecting...and also will it be minimum Tee Land be at $0.50 cents on the card.

Meanwhile lookward to more immediate offering by Soilbuild (0.25c) and Croesus (0.97c)

Some forumers was referring to Tee Land... (some may hav got it share placement liao - 50c..??)

TEE Land said that it will remain a unit of TEE Int'l, but it expects to issue new TEE Land shares.

The issuance of this unspecified number of new shares will result in TEE Int'l's shareholding falling by at least 20% after the proposed listing, TEE Land said.

This means,. TEE Int'l needs to seek shareholder approval for the spin-off in an extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

TEE Land - Listing is contingent on  raising at least $20mil in gross proceeds from an initial public offering (IPO), and a minimum mkt capitalisation of $150 million as at listing and a minimum issue price of 50 cents.

While Soilbuild Construction Group oni offer is at $0.25 cents.

All these good reasons that ipco should cheong are there for a long time already. The main reason is that the BB are not interested in this elephant.... period. All the people here are buying in hope that the BB would push it up one day.

For someone (voldermont)particular who is reading this posting but can't post here-
