yummy... I think nobody can tell you right or wrong.. different people got different views or market and different strategies in playing the market. Individuals gotta have confidence in their trades.. but I think if you felt unsure and lacked the confidence in the trade thus you exit, is good.. coz then you can relook at what you want to do, be it go long or short.
I think someone ever posted some very funny chart with at different stages in the market movement the person was thinking... can go lower, I wait... then market move higher, ohhh.. correction then I enter.. and then when market almost peak the person cannot tahan buy and the same reverse scenario all the way down finall the person cut when the market about to reverse!
Must know your own trading style lor.. the rest here, as you can see.. so many people with different views... one will tell you right, another will tell you wrong.. hehehee...

Only those that have yet to hop on the train worries about property prices. Those that have already bought will be more then happy to have their propety value going up. Worst case, just sell for a big profit and relocate.
Although we have minor corrections here and there, property value in tiny land scared island of Singapore will trend up as long as economy is good. Just take one look at Hong Kong. We are not much different from each other.

Wonder what shall they do to make people want their money back...by increasing interest, if it's so, how come people said US $ will keep droping........headache, headache!!
don't know what will happen to our property prices. By right its pretty high, quite a low of decent income singaporeans feel breathless at it, but with our wishful govt in implementing their plans, it might be not dropping too..... wonder if they will use the last push to increase the population to 7mil to sustain the property prices....very worry |

I think US is slow in getting into Singapore's property market. These past years, Indonesians(the regular) then came the China Chinese, Indians, British etc, but just lately US came in right. anyone knows better about this......just chatting
