Cai Sheng Ye PL converted another 50+ mil of warrants into shares, and currently holds 22.01% of total outstanding shares. This shows that he is still vested in this Co. and definitely has plans for it. Caveat Emptor.

x 0 This one need alot of patience either to buy / sell. PL may had bot a higher px then, so now only way is to do dollars averaging cost to par down, so get ready to sell (let go when trading px surge to your TP) unless he wanted to act like TMC (no news then suddenly), why then PL 1 2 let it be know as far as Informatics is concern

We need to be very very patient with Informatics... it's playing out as mentioned in my posts below... the bottom is just about around here at 0.13-0.135. And we've witnessed very low volumes recently - proof that this is likely the bottom. Any gung ho BB who wants to short this big time to buy cheap is running a huge risk that he/she cannot buy it back at a lower price. The only way this is gonna drop is when we have some unexpected bad news. I mean, after all the selling, has there been any announcement that substantial shareholders have reduced their stakes? Not at all. So, it's just speculative sellers who need to free up some money.

So we need to be patient. I do think PL and Vincent Tan are collaborating. There's this EduCity in the Johor IDR. So i think that's why PL needs a well-connected fella like Vincent as a partner.

My take: PL won't sell.

I think there's some collaboration going on between PL and Vincent Tan. The 2 of them are in TMC Life Sciences Bhd as well - a company listed in KL. And the % shareholdings in TMC are also about the same between the 2 as in Informatics.

I mean, after 1 month of persistent, low volume daily selling, we still have no news of SSH dumping - so that's GOOD NEWS.

After looking at the price trend for Informatics, I'll say this could happen: It'll TURN the corner by next week. 0.13 to 0.135 is the bottom.

Why?

1) Since the last high of 18.5c on 28 Sep, it's been downhill since 29 Sep. We're coming close to a month this week. How long more can it last? Plus i believe it's quarterly report is around the corner.

2) The cumulative no of shares traded since 29 Sep is about 250m plus shares. These represent the 20% speculative shares I was talking about in my posts below. It can't surpass this figure by alot UNLESS a SSH sells big time. Supply of shares for selling are running out.

It'll go up from here.

When prices gets lower by the week, and by the month, it's distribution...

When prices are stagnant, that's accumulation.

With the former, people are simply buying, not accumulating. Smiley

when one buy cheap cheap, also keep cheap cheap long long, can later sell high high or not, nobody can tell. there is only one price : right price. it all depend on individual's gut, judgement, pocket, profit target and timeframe. if when it really goes down again to 6 cent or cheap cheap, will people dare to buy that time, scare what's wrong with the company? it's all human psychology.

Sorry Bros. I think came in below 0.06 in July. The counter shot up only after the news of his substantial purchases was announced. So, even today's price, can say still too high....
