There is limitation to distribute all share to all Brokers/Remisers, where else when even BBs and Institutional funded wanted more also (not enuff), The ipo manager do not even have enough to distributed to them, those BBs who got deep pockets.

For eg - Just like why only Peter Lim and not others BBs ?, got those 100 milion GLP shares.

Due consideration...pending their own board of distribution among BBs network (who must ensure opening price is sustainable) and with others (keen and interested) securities firms.

Based on the total Invitation size of 130,000,000 Invitation Shares, the Invitation is approximately 8.6 times subscribed.

There are too many thousand of clients/customers listed, as well as Brokers/Remisiers

Noted this - With due consideration....there is only total 954 pax  who's able to get as shown by Kimeng Finance and if, if it is not vailable to everyone (Brokers/Remisiers and or clients/customers listed), it have to go throu...When ipo shares on offers is tend to be very popular, tender for hot share, and balloting arrangement will kick in even for placement share.

For eg - Just like why only Peter Lim and not others BBs ?, got those 100 milion GLP shares.

Due consideration...pending their own board of distribution among BBs network (who must ensure opening price is sustainable) and with others (keen and interested) securities firms.

Generally when all ipo is hot - everyone wanted a piece of cake and when is very cool, no one wanted it as well, so those supported ipo during cooling period or lost making money knowing-ly, will tend to get some a piece of d cake first when come to limited distribution.

For head count, there will be few hundred small retailers, and I'm one of many small retailers, got placement share, 5 lots $1400 +1% = $1414.98 cent
