Big big are bluffers, actually. When a company reports bad result, if they are long they will say, " The losses are within our expectation, we maintain buy on weakness with high target price." They will then move up the counter several notches and double-sell. Same as when a company reports huge profits, they will write " Oh, we expect something better. What a poor result!, shit man" They then secretly first dump the shares and they when enough they will double buy up and make the price shoot up several storeys. I really watching them!!

bro if invest 1, 2 lots (and paid up) ... stay cool ... no reason to panic ...

as mentioned earlier, genting not for the faint-hearted ... but if can read big fishes lips, then stay cool ...

it's nice to know big fishes hungry for the shares ... also nice to see that they are collecting ...

big fishes are also opportunists, you know ?

Bigger picture wise .....

Just do a simple maths on bellweathers like DBS and Capitaland ..... how much have both rallied from the bottom ..... and how much has Genting rallied from it's bottom ?

Technically, Genting is very laggard ..... and awaiting an impulsive new upward wave .....

Genting fall today is similar to past quarters. Analyst come out with some crap sell ratings, after which few wks later, they reiterate buy rating. The only time I remembered Genting cheong after reporting earnings was Aug 2010, before MBS was opened.

Creation of a flag, to accumulate on weak holders' disadvantage. Will cheong when the time is ripe.

Drop and drop - nightmare...now that most stocks just recovered back up...some up to 50% and ...now.....? maybe slight correction..so most can go up higher next time...stocks up never str8 line thing...........if you look at the charts...its up up then down..thennup up up...then down abit and continue up... lets hope its the same...

Must be work of shorters making use of dow and the general negative prediction which always turn out wrong.............

Syndicate play - so they can buy low at one go for huge gain...there are stredgedy - thinkers. Vs the general holders.

But if you keep looking at the screen and it keep falling ..what will you want to do ? SELL also right ?

Its that moment u let go the syndicate grab - they win.........than later u see it flys higher and higher....then u wonder why you sold. Should have hold. But it was too late. Thann it happens again and again..sold - stocks fly 10 cents up....BB

Anyway just guessing also NO way to kn ow the real reason for why ppl want to dump when it first time giving dividends - its a good sign that things are improving yet its dropping like pins.

But don't takes others word for it.

There could be things that they know We don't yet.

Genting management from long time ago already like to play small investor out. They will issue rights etc that causes the shares to fall. Not vested since long time ago and watching from the sideline.

Moreover, when the good results are out, then you must look to the future, is it going to continue to be so good again. I guess a lot people thinks it will not be so.

Wahlau made 1 over BILLION dollars profits still no good ?

Its just the beginning oly - its a cash cow - sucking in gambler's money and give out some...keep majority...its about gambling... 10 bet 8 lost 2 wins...they keep 80% of all cash come into the casinos... Universal studio is a world attraction....Hotels incomes...etc etc......

Boom over time for sure but it got huge floating shares.........if they can buy back their own shares with some profits it would increase the value of ....the shares..

It is always not an easy answer. Sometimes instead of an eel, it can turn out to be a snake. Hahaha. Eels are edible but snakes can kill.
