x 0 		Ridiculous! Open for subscription for only 2 hours. 10.00 am to 12 00 noon on 12 Dec 2007! Only 2000 lots out of 40000 lots for public while 38000 lots for placement, i.e only 5% for public. From layman pt of view, this is very unfair to the public.
