x 0 		So projected target $300mil at $5 -$6 per MW, international price at about $3/- per MW, then likely to be $150 mil at $3/- unless China govt is more then willing to folk out the other half to make and put it into Remisier pocket and oso into Dr MA pocket. China had many empty lands, Dr Ma can build the world biggest solar farm and sell the power to many countries via a submarine cable. If this thing happen, I think the oil price will dip below $45 per barrel. For technology stock, once you invent something prudent and patent it and had a very good production plan to churn out huge quantity of the product within short period, the revenue can short up 1000 fold. I hope Dr Ma or Mr Lim read my message.

x 0 		I am , i am into CEnersave, not on Rowsley co's as this story is still unfolding with alot of promises of making it into, so rite now Mr Ex-Remisier King and Dr Ma hope by painting a rosy big pic, hoping other BBs can follow them in their vision to give more seed money to plant more $$$ into their pocket 1st.It is a trying period to catch "make hay while Sun is shining". Waiting to see if it ever touch 0.15c or not....Smiley

x 0 		if you read the ST yesterday, many american are trying to live off the power grid as it is too expensive and depend on cheaper source of energy, the solar panel This indicate there is hugh potential in solar market in usa. It is matter of time a very rich investor will come along and became the substantial shareholder and bring the morp. solar technology to usa. If that time come the share price will not be 26 cents, it will be above 1 $1. Hve money, buy some share and keep.

The basic idea abt Reverse Takeover is that there is an asset injection into the target company, in this case Rowsley, and the qty of shares issued (17 or 18 billion), priced at 0.15, theoretically values the assets that are injected at 2.7 billion dollars or more, based on a profit guarantee of S$300 million from 2008 onwards.

Bear in mind that this 0.15 cents is strictly subjective, in the sense that the mkt will price the shares according to the mkt's perception of its value. For eg, if Rowsley were to be sold down to 0.05 cents later on, it means that the mkt has priced the assets at 18 billion shares times 0.05 cents = 900 million dollars, and so on.

Right now, the mkt seems to be pricing Rowsley at more than 2.7 billion dollars !, as it is trading way above the 0.15 cents.

Right now, in ohter mkts, listed solar energy assets are priced at 50 times PE ratio, and in the case of Rowsley, even at 30 cents, and assuming that it is able to generate S$300 million net profit, then its PE ratio at 30 cents is only about 18 times, which make it looks cheap !.

The million dollar question is whether Rowsley can generate this S$300m profit - only time will tell. Perhaps by July or Oct 2007, when the supposed 70 MW - 100 MW capacity is on-stream ?, which will imply a gross revenue of US$500 million ! (1 MW sells at US$1 million).

Rowsley's CEO, Koh has said that only if these condiions are fulfilled, ie the capacity up and running, then will the deal go thru.

Watch this space for more action !

Who is to take up those on the plate since Mr Peter Lim said, he will be(1st to take up this 1st billion) 1st to take up this offer that he plan for himself (so other BBs don have the 1st initialtive - Loh Bang gone liao) agreeable upon with Dr ma full enknowledge, 17 billion will be another how much??. (1 billion shares=S$150 million) think any otherBBs will join or not. Further to this regulation, one of them is to put $$$ into save deposit A/c to earn interest, interest alone is enough for him to spend for a life time....SmileyJust for info sharing oni.

If there is no potential, dr mah he will not put his share under escrow and give the promise. Remember, the government of china is supporting the technology for renewal power. if no reverse take over and this share is listed, the share worth at least 50 cents base on the market sentiment
