SoundGlobal has started the technical rebounce , the resistance now ia at 78 cents . And the very strong resistance at 91.5 cents may not reach in the short term .

Further to the Announcements, the Company wishes to inform the Shareholders that it is still
in discussions with its professional advisers regarding its plans to seek a listing of its ordinary
shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "SEHK"). The
Company will announce any material updates when appropriate.
The Board wishes to highlight to Shareholders that the proposed listing on the SEHK is at an
evaluation stage and, if it proceeds, will involve fairly extensive preparatory work and may
involve an uncertain time frame. The proposed listing on the SEHK is subject to acceptable
terms being agreed upon and may also be subject to, among others, the approval of the
SEHK and other relevant regulatory authorities, and there is no assurance that such approval
would be granted or that the proposed listing may occur. Investors should note that the listing
of the Company's shares on the SEHK may or may not happen.
Shareholders and other investors are reminded to exercise caution when dealing in the
Shares. In the event that Shareholders and other investors are in doubt when dealing
in the Shares, they should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors,
accountants or other professional advisers.
There's a good support at 73c... next strong resistance at 77c by looking at the sell queue. hopefully it pares some of their yest's losses by end of day.
Technically , it would rebound due to covering of short positions at this critical support .

Unfortunately , SoundGlobal gapped down at the openning today . That was a runaway gap , so we can expect it to go down to 72 cents technically
