If a counter does not want to move up or down, shorting becomes a bad thing. And shorting is mostly done by bad boys. I am not that bad. Hahaha.

This one reminds me of china minzhong. Producing good results consistently but got stuck at 0.8 range for a very long period. Because of the presence of shortist. But they slowly got out and look where CMZ is now.
But the difference is that if IPCO will to Chiong, it can be a potential multi bagger because of the low price.

I dun think is either one of e two. I think its just a trading house . Anyways we just have to wait for announcements to see if substantial shareholder change.
