He is not god, how can he provide time frame to hit a certain target price?
Unless, he is part of BBs or insider whom he knows something that we don't.

It will definitely be more meaningful, if posted TP includes a time frame.. ..at least members can better decide ....

before a rally, there must be accumulation....which is a period where the stock price doesn't move much despite the high vol...sometimes little vol and for a long time like mths ....it is to made those people who cannot hold or lack the patience to give up...
hmmm....seems like the BB push it down to 2.7/2.8 so as to grab at 2.8 cts....quite a lot of buy up at 2.8 cts when buy/sell at 2.7/2.8...
patience...patience.....such undervalued stock need to wait one.....

hmm....with this much vol(a real sell down should be huge vol and huge drop) and yet the price didn't move...same closing as yesterday....interesting.....let's see how it goes....just might be accumulation disguised as Selling/distribution....
logically, such a huge selling should result in huge drop in price....coz retail investors would be very scare and dump....with no support from BB, price should keep dropping
so someone is panic dumping and someone is panic buying.....hence little change in price

I have always set my own tp for this counter. N have sold near my tp all e time. Hopefully my next tp of 4.5 will hit.

Maybe you might wanna consider contel first then jump back to ipco like that.

this is a waiting stock.. the items are not ready yet ..their current main attraction is the Nav but all due to shrew investments..in bluemont , innopac...
so this is likely a slow train ..not as previously expected a bullet train ...accumulate slowly at low prices la ..want contra ..looks elsewhere better
